Quiet park with quick and fairly good views of the lake. A couple loop trails exist in the 2-3mile range and have a couple hundred feet of gain. Trails are horribly marked with many people getting lost along the way. With that said it's not that big of a park so even if you get lost you can probably find your way back without much issue. Signal is limited so don't rely on your phone.

Love this park. Quiet little spot with plenty of places to stop for a picnic or stroll. The trail to the summit could be blazed better but is definitely worth the hike. Porta potty available. Especially magical in autumn. Mushroom paradise! Feel safe to walk here alone.

Quite a few hiking trails, lots of parking and picnic facilities. Awesome views if you're willing to hike up, up, up!! Some trails better marked than others, use caution and common sense. Picnic tables and pavilion alongside a babbling brook. Nice hidden gem.

One of the most beautiful parks I've visited in Sparta especially this time of year. Advanced trails, and totally worth the climb to the summit for that amazing view of Lake Mohawk. A must-see if you're in the area.

Very nice park with paved and dirt/rocky trails. The paved section follows along Sparta Glen Brook. There are benches and picnic tables with grills along the way. Not too many people here either.

Super quiet, peaceful, and clean. Dogs love the hike. I love they have a dog pot trash can with bags.
