Our little one wanted to hop on Percy train ride so bad that we packed up the truck and drove 8 hours for the Thomas and Percy day. The train rides were relaxing and enjoyable through the train yard. It was pretty sweet to ride up top in a caboose. And walking around through the train yard checking out the other trains and the massive museum kept us entertained for the rest the day. Got a chance to attend this museum for the first time two weeks ago and I was amazed at how huge this place is!
There's everything from planes, automobiles, and of course lots and lots of trains! Just a heads up it can get a bit chilly inside certain parts of the roundhouse so dress accordingly.
Best time to attend is apparently when they have large events as they have more going on. Definitely a place I'd highly recommend to any...
