Update May 31, 2024 @12:40 pm i made a order online and when i got to the restaurant my order was somehow canceled and didnt go through. I wanted to make a new order for a footlong titan turkey and the pulls out two 6 inch bread and told me that they don't have any rotisserie chicken for my online order i made which was the chicken and bacon ranch footlong sub. So i said ok can i get a philly cheesesteak footlong sub then and she said we don't have any steaks and we out of bread too. She told me that the other lady will help me and she walked away to go sit in her office. The other lady had a phone call from her child asking where was there doordash food and she replied no doordash was sent to them and argued for a bit then she hung them up and came to try and help me but she said that they was out of slot of things so do I want to come back later. So i just left and went off to a different restaurant and finally got my lunch. After 3 years of avoiding this place and this place still disappoints me. Not gonna return back anymore and i rather make the extra drive somewhere else where the restaurant can keep up with there work!!! 10/2/2021 I ordered a turkey footlong sub and told the lady can she add bacon and she shook her head no. After she was done adding the cheese, I ask her a 2nd time if she can add bacon and she still shook her head no, so I ask why she can't do that and she replied didn't you order a turkey sub mad look and I said yes I did but I always added bacon on my turkey sub, this kind of frustrated me a bit but she told the other co worker to go get bacon from inside the room and the other co work took over and added bacon to my turkey sub. I felt like she was upset or playing around but I didn't like her vibe. Thanks...

It starts with me walking in and them helping other guests, not the fact that they are helping guests, they are excessively making convo when they ring out the customer making me sit there and wait, then when they get to me I order, they make the entire order and then I am ready to pay. I had my card out the entire time and they could see it and then at the very end, when the food is done and all, then tell me their wifi has been down all day and they don't know if it'll go through (it didnt). So I couldn't pay. So let's review. I'm a busy person, I have things to do. Why not start off the conversation with "hey, our wifi has been down all day so it might not work if you're paying with card" instead of assuming every single person is using cash. This is 2022, most people use card. If you would've started the whole thing with your wifi being down, I'd be cool because I could've walked out and not wasted my time. I don't know his name, but the young black gentleman was so nice and polite -- he redid our sandwiches, no attitude, made very well. That's why I changed to 4 stars. We ordered two tuna footlongs, VERY specific, one with several vegetables and cheese, one with lettuce only, no cheese, because my husband is allergic to cheese of any type. Guess which one got the cheese? Fortunately, he only ate a small bite, a corner that didn't have the cheese -- cheese was very skimpy.
