I go to the Bojangles in Spencer because it is the closest one to where I live, but after today I will go out of my way to go to a different one. I constantly have problems with them, especially the service. Their attitudes are horrible and I always have to check my food before I leave to make sure it is correct. Most of the time it is not correct. Today I just barely open the paper to look at my chicken sandwich and it looks like it was correct so I went home. When I got home I proceeded to open up the paper and open up my sandwich to put the mayonnaise on it and found gobs of biscuits stuck to my chicken. I called Bojangles and told them what I had found. I've even taken a picture of it. I was then told by the manager that the boy that fixed my chicken accidentally put it on a biscuit instead of a bun and then when he realized it he took it off and put it on the bun. But by then the biscuit had stuck to the chicken and he didn't even bother to take it off. He left it on the chicken. And the only thing the manager had to say after that explanation was" have a good one" and then she hung up. I wish I knew how to get in touch with the owner or corporate or somewhere because this Bojangles needs a complete overhaul when it comes to employees and managers. Every visit I have there through the drive-thru, which is my only way of getting food from there because I'm disabled and cannot get out of my vehicle because I can't take my wheelchair with me, has been a bad experience. Then while my family and I are gettin our drinks, I just so happened to look over and our food is sitting on the counter. Mind you, no one else is there so itās not noisy. Yet she never called my number to pick up my food. Then while I ask her for another sauce for my 12 piece Bo bites, she tells me itās 60 something cents and walks away. Iām calling her and she says heās the manager you can talk to him. By then the manager comes over and now says itās 70 something cents. Which one is it?! Why shld I have to pay extra sauce for 12bites, that was hard and crispy .The bites werenāt small, they were nice size bites for only one sauce! The same 1 sauce that I had with my 4 supremes meal! The equivalent is not the same! I ask for the corporate number and no one seems to have it, talking bout itās on the website. I had to pull and wait at the end of the curb after paying bc it was a 5 min wait on tenders, which I was okay with. After that, I got my box and didn't have the honey mustard sauce so I had to get out and go inside to get it bc there were others cars at the drive thru and I couldn't just circle back around. After that, I got back in my car ready to pull off, opened my box again to start eating bc I was otw to work and realized I didn't have any gravy on my mashed potatoes. I then went back inside and the employees were all playing around having a good time like I was bothering them. Talking about pissed!!!! Then to top it off neither of them apologized to me for this mishap. I would have felt a lot better about the situation if someone/ anyone had just said, " ma'am we're sorry about that."
