The Band Attic — Attraction in Spencer

We needed a trumpet cleaned and oiled. It was an older trumpet and ran into some unexpected repairs during the cleaning. The band attic made sure my child had an instrument to play while the repairs were being made and kept me informed throughout the whole process. Repairs were made in a timely manner. I was just at The Band Attic with my son to order his band instrument and supplies for the upcoming school year and I can't say enough great things about this quaint little music shop in downtown Spencer, NC. The gentleman there was so patient with my son as he explored and tried out all the instruments in the shop. He was so knowledgable and friendly and helped us get everything we needed, all while the power was out due to the recent storm. Oh, and they are going to deliver his instrument to the school! We had a wonderful experience with The Band Attic. They repaired a trombone for my son who be going into band. We debated against buying a new one or repairing one that was already in the family, and they told us it was still a good instrument and worth hanging onto and repairing. They communicated with me every step of the way, and the repairs even ended up being cheaper than they had originally anticipated. They were so kind and helpful when we went to pickup the trombone.
