Our first time here. We don't live near Spokane or Spokane Valley so we didn't even know about this. Our regular store we visit is closed on Wednesdays so we looked to Google for alternatives. This store popped up!. The lady up front which I assume is the owner was very nice. I had a question which was promptly answered. During checkout, I had placed some rice noodles on the conveyor belt. She saw it and directed me to another option that was three times cheaper. The country of origin plays a big part in the price. I was looking for Filipino food, products. The owner was very informative, telling me that items coming from Thailand and the Philippines cost way more due to demand and other shipping costs. She has trouble getting those items in stock. We will be coming back to shop again when we are in Spokane Valley.

Best place in Town for Asian groceries. They always bring fresh produce from the west side every Friday (sometimes holidays they will post notes at the door when the produce will arrive). Their produce is always fresh and clean looking. Their prices are lower vs other places in town. 10/10 highly recommended for local Asian products.

I love this market! I frequent all the others, have for years. This store, even though they are having difficulty getting stock, have a great selection of fresh and frozen food, noodles, rice and Asian convenience options! This is my first time here and the owners were so friendly and chatty it made my day! I’ll be back!

This place is covered in boxes which is probably the least of what I dislike about this store. It is the attitude of the people who work here. I believe the owners. They are just dang rude. You asked them a question and they are irritable and when we asked for a restroom for our daughter the lady laughed at our face saying that they have no restroom and haven’t had one in four years and told us to wait until we get home and I told them that I wish we can but we were coming from Idaho. she just said oh that is too bad. They treat most of the customers like an inconvenience. This is not a single occurrence. I only went there because it was the closest to us, but I will never go back and will drive longer to avoid this place. You can hardly go into the isleS because of the boxes filled with merchandises blocking the isles and then you are met with rudeness. No thanks! as much as i want to support a small business I really can not wait until an asian...

In summary: incredible selection, friendly sincere staff, and surprisingly good prices on pretty much everything.

Every city I've ever lived in, I eventually find that one Asian market that has everything I need and friendly staff. For Spokane, this is that store. It has that comfortable feel of a family business but also and enormous selection of everything from equipment to edible goods.

They carry everything from Luo Han Guo drink fixings to frozen masago, pocky, or fresh produce. You can pivk up a good bamboo steamer under 20 bucks, cute-handled rice-cooker paddles, you can grab a slab of pork belly, or you pick from around 2 dozen kinds of fish.

Last time I was in, I tried out some ube bread made here in Washington (a nice surprise!) and every time I've shopped they've all been particularly kind and interactive with my 5 year old, which I appreciate. This is an excellent business to shop with, both for who they are and what they have, and I strongly...
