This might be long winded, but I'll try to keep it short. I am a stay-at-home mom to two young toddlers (almost 3 and 20 months) who have been running me ragged. I have had no energy to the point where I began questioning if I suffered from Chronic Fatigue Syndrome in addition to my increasing insomnia. I could never get warm in bed (despite the heat full blast and 4 blankets on top of me, with 2 pairs of socks, sweats, you name it). The last several mornings before going into Comfort City, I woke up in agonizing pain. Monday morning I spent half the day crying from the pain. Tuesday morning I broke down crying again because I could not lift my 23lb youngest daughter. I could not sleep on our bed (a 4yr old Sleep Innovations 12" memory foam, btw) another night. We went to Comfort City because it was close and a locally owned company. I must have laid on every bed in their store while my husband chased our daughters around with the plush bed bugs Kim gave them to play with. I finally decided on a Seahawks MicroCoil by Restonic. As my luck would have it, they don't deliver on Tuesdays. I wanted to cry lol But Kim literally came to my rescue and made a special accommodation for the bed to be delivered by the end of the day. After one night, I actually woke up rested and had enough energy to last the entire day but still had to wear a back brace. Last night was our second night on the new bed and, after going to bed at 11pm, I woke up completely refreshed and feeling amazing at 6am (and I still feel good!) and had no need for the brace. These guys are so kind and personable. i have bought 2 mattress over the past 2 years. one for the bedroom one for the guest bedroom. both experiences were amazing. easy, stress free and all in my price range. they outbeat quality and price. the knowledge and service they give is above and beyond. i was the shopper, they dont try to sell. they really want to help you find the perfect fit for your price and comfort. they didn't try to sell me anything like the other companys do. Kimberly gave me tips on how to fix my current bed frame to help my matress stay in perfect condition instead of trying to sell me a new one like all the other shops. very happy with the quality and the price was amazing!! i wont go anywhere else. i cant discribe in full how amazing these guys are. 2 times ive visited and they not only made my day but now i have an amazing bed to sleep in that didn't break the bank. all the other shops ive visitied the prices were outrageous for a lower quality bed. we came in 10mins before closing and kimberly had no problem helping us for as long as it took and waited 15mins for me to go pick up a truck to move the matress. she stayed open for over 30 extra mins so we could have our bed that day!!! they are just amazing. thank you guys...

I went in to Comfort City to shop for a twin mattress for our daughter. I found Dave to be very knowledgeable and helpful yet very laid back, not pushing us toward something we didn't want or couldn't afford. I was also impressed that there were mattresses in stock! My wife and I returned later to purchase a twin mattress. Again we found Dave to be very helpful. After finding a mattress for our daughter, my wife and I started shopping for a queen mattress. Dave listened to what we were looking for and made recommendations based on our wants. Again Dave proved to be very knowledgeable and helpful, yet didn't try to sell us something we didn't need or couldn't afford. Our queen mattress wasn't in stock, but we were able to pick it up the next day. Overall, we were very impressed with the customer service. We have only had our mattress for a few days, but so far we are satisfied! I will start at Comfort City first the next time we...
