Bruttles Gourmet Candies — Local services in Spokane Valley

I went there the other day to kill time and try some new sweets, and I do not regret it! Their Bruttle is their namesake for a good reason - it's DELICIOUS. Rich and lightly sweet, with a pleasantly dense, even texture, and just enough chocolate to not overwhelm it. I also tried their taffy and was pleasantly surprised by the smooth finish, and I am enjoying the mocha fudge as I write this - very rich, but not overwhelmingly sweet, and with that delicious coffee aftertaste.

Their treats seem to be made in-house (in fact, when I arrived, I was offered a sample from a batch they had just finished making) and their customer service is top-notch- highly friendly, but not overbearing, and well-informed on their product.

I will be returning...

I placed an order Dec. 11th am and I still have not gotten a confirmation that my order has been sent. I did receive an email from "bruttles" that was just gibbirish with a code. I called the Valley store each day and NO answer The 16th I called the downtown store and the lady took my name and number told me the Valley doesn't answer the phone they are busy!! and she would check, still on the 18th No confirmation, no phone call, not even if they received the order and it was for Christmas, so NOW back to GOOD OLD AMAZON to pull me through. How can you support local when LOCAL does not care about their own !! Just lost a loyal customer that was with you for many years! Must be doing well $$ if you don't need to answer the phone for...

Stopped by this morning to pick up some gifts for Christmas for my clients. Knocked on the door at 10:00 am and when the woman opened the door I asked “Are you open?” Her response was, I guess we are now.” The shelves were bare and when I asked if they had gift boxes available was told about 3 of them. Another person thankfully approached me and asked if she could make some up for me. She was kind and helpful. None of them had masks on. I run a business and will say I will find another business in the future. Customer service is important for any client service...
