I stopped going here after being a customer for years due to my drinks being continuously messed up. A year later I thought I would try them again, my first time going back and everything was great. The old Wake Up Call I remembered. Went back tonight and once again the barista messed up the order. I ordered two 24oz drinks and noticed that they were small before she even handed them to me, I clarified that they were 24oz and she goes no they are 16oz I was kind and said I ordered 24oz. At that point she started to argue saying no you ordered 16oz luckily I had a witness in my car that even said no we ordered 24oz. She compromised and gave me a 20oz which I appreciated but the barista messed up and charged me the wrong size when I had ordered a 24oz.
I know of this happening to two other people recently and I blame the new system that is being used. Instead of listening to the order they start selecting options on their iPads and I believe this is causing them to pay more attention to the computer than their customers. The customer service is also not what it once was before it became a chain. I blame the owners for this. New baristas every week and they do not actually hold conversations with their customers like they once did. I know they have become more popular in years but the lack of customer service and the continued drink screw ups has turned me away from a company I used to brag about. I highly recommend that management reads this and focuses on treating their workers better so that they retain staff like they once did. Good baristas, will trickle down to repeated customers and more long term growth for the...
Read moreCoffee is good 70% of the time, But everytime I go here, which is very frequent, I just feel like there so foccused on being fast that they don't engage with the customers. I know I shouldn't focus to much on that cause I know what it's like working places that are fast paced, but I'm a regular and I see the same people, yet my interactions are just so mundane and the same evertime. No need to be dutch bros, but a little personality wouldnt hurt. Not to mention I got hired here awhile back and the hiring manager at the time never got back to me. But that's besides the point. I think it just points out wakeup calls irresponsibility when it comes to the hiring prosses. Iv also heard this happen to other people as well. Nobody at this stand seems lively, and maybe that's just a personal thing and I can take myself somewhere else. As for the coffee it really depends on the day. Some days it's good and some days it's not good at all. My intention is not to upset anyone but to say that the baristas face is the first interaction that most people see when they get on with there day. and idk I think it really sets the tone for your day as well, and when it's the same set of 3 questions with a mundane tone every...single...time... idk it makes me not wanna keep going. Like I said this is all...

I don’t normally leave poor reviews and I have been coming to wake up call and this specific location for years and have always have great experiences, but the new-hires and the iPads are an absolute disaster. This morning was my third experience in a row in which I did not get the correct drink, partially due to the new baristas, and partially due to the lapse in communication between the barista at your window, the iPad, and the barista at the window. It takes more than 5 minutes for the baristas to type the order into the iPad, and even if they become quicker with practice as you mentioned to another customer, it completely shuts down the conversation and quite frankly is awkward. Today I was the only person in line. It took more than 10 minutes to order and receive my coffee. I’ve had to add extra time to my morning work or church commute just because of this. This morning, my girlfriend went back because her drink was completely wrong and she wanted to speak to the manager. The manager was unbothered and unapologetic, and at the end reluctantly offered her a free drink, which she denied and informed the manager we would no longer be customers of...
