This is a cute little man-made waterfall. The water wasn't very clear when we arrived, but that didn't stop the kids from loving it. We didn't see turtles, just one duck who was sleeping on the rock. The trails around this park are beautiful and clean. We weren't wearing hiking shoes, but wandered around for an hour without difficulty. There are some steep inclines and we saw people with packs, doing serious hiking. I'd say this park is good for many levels of hiking and exploring, locally.

Just sharing a gorgeous photo I took on my Zero Image 35mm pinhole camera. See the 4 ducks, each napping on their own rock? :) It is not a natural waterfall, it is pumped, but you’d hardly know it. There’s a dock, covered picnic area, overlooking boardwalk, etc. This is a nice little Spokane metro gem accessible by sidewalk just a short distance from parking, playgrounds, etc.

I absolutely love this little Park! The waterfall that falls into the pond with turtles and ducks is super cute, the paths are paved and therefore easy to walk or bike, huge grassy area for picnics or family get togethers, public bathrooms and it's located right next to Discovery Park Playground and across from the Spokane River so it's just a great location altogether. 😊

I always love nature hikes, especially when it ends up next to water. But kind of a disappointment, this time, nice manicured trails through lots of pine trees. You end up now next to a man made water source, kind of small, but you think that would make it easier to upkeep, standing on the raised dock, if you look directly down, you can see how dirty and uh, unmaintained, this whole area is. It's a pretty sight to see, but I wouldn't make it.Your...
