Yoke's Fresh Market Sprague — Attraction in Spokane Valley

I am of age and tried to buy alcohol. Had a buddy with me who is also of age but he didn’t have his ID so they turned me away didnt let me purchase, didn’t even let us buy are crustables😂 fast forward. I told my buddy to go home because I’m supposed to be picking up alcohol for my family event. I went back inside bought the alcohol (alone, also of age!) the dude who denied me when I first came in, came running after me in the parking lot on a complete power trip telling me to give him the alcohol back after I purchased and then proceeded to tell customers walking in im under aged drinking which triggered the customer to come take pictures of me and my car. Oh he also told me im banned which is fine, I never want to be treated like that again. Definitely felt harassed. I’d love to know how to file a personal complaint on this individual.

Another incident that occurred with my mother involved her shopping trip. After completing her purchases, she had roughly 18 items in her cart. While waiting in line, she was unaware that she had joined the 15-item or less line. Im sure this is a common occurrence. Once she had placed all her items on the conveyor belt, the cashier informed her to return them and proceed to the next aisle. (Wasn’t phrased so friendly) Understandably, she felt embarrassed, and even the customer behind her expressed concern. He offered to assist her in returning the items. As a result of this incident, my mother has decided to exclusively shop at Liberty Lake Yokes, where she encounters more friendly and accommodating staff. It appears that the Valley Store may have a negative attitude towards their jobs or prioritize other aspects over customer satisfaction. We needed some additional things last minute on a Friday for an event Saturday morning. We contacted Lacey in the bakery with a fairly intricate design we were hoping to get on a cake. She absolutely nailed it and was done in less than 3 hrs with no notice. The cake was great and everyone was impressed with the design and detail.

We also ordered a few sandwich trays from the deli and Kalen helped us out. The trays were made fast which we appreciated, but what stood out was his service. He could see we had the giant cake from the bakery, the big trays and several other items in the cart. A lot of people would have sent us up front to get them out of their hair, but he suggested we let him ring us up back there and since my arm was in a sling, he let us pull up to the side door and personally carried several things out to the truck. Way above and beyond expectations!

So I recently went in to get a money order. I used cash and card to get the money order well the clerk took the cash but didn’t apply it to the total and charged my card for the full amount.. I didn’t realize this until my online banking showed me this! So I quickly checked my receipt and it didn’t show that any cash was used. I panicked and went back to the store. They checked the cameras and asked the clerk and literally did everything they could to find any evidence that I used cash.. I guess the clerk couldn’t remember.. and the cameras didn’t show much.. But they gave me the benefit of the situation and paid me my money back… I thought for sure. That would not be the case or I was going to have to take it as a loss..
