Taco Time — Restaurant in Spokane Valley

First time going here through the drive thru, food was ok, ordered hot cocoa that was in a little Styrofoam cup without a lid & also chunky & not mixed...forgivable. 2nd time we went in for a to-go order, workers were friendly, however, after waiting over 10 minutes a worker came over & apologized saying our order was handed out through the drive thru so they were re-making it. Come to find out after we were on the road one of the items we ordered (a veggie burrito in correct wrapping) was actually a mystery meat burrito. We went back again today, waited a half hour through the drive thru even though there was only 3 cars in front of us to get to the order board... pretty busy, must be fresh food right? No. The stuffed mexi fries, both orders, had a mixture of cold rubbery (microwaved?) fries with a few hot ones that looked (& tasted) like they were fried in extremely old dark grease... not to mention the half-assed burritos also had old tasting ingredients... we go to Taco Time for quality over Taco Bell... you will NOT find it at...

To night, I was in line behind other cars before it was 9pm when they close. I said I was here waiting behind the car you just took an order from. The super rude person said my clock says 9. I said I know you close at 9 but I was here before that behind another car…

I have worked for and ran many business. I go to Taco Time because it’s always great service!

I will never go to this restaurant location again.

I was on my way to a night shift watching over sick patient.

So…guess I get to work night shift with no dinner.

If someone is at a business, in line before closing …. I would take an order. Horrible customer service.

They could have even said, I’m so sorry but our machines shut down automatically and the food is all gone …. But these other places are open our apologies. If they didn’t want to take the order. But just horrible customer service! 8-31-23

I just want to say that every time I’ve eaten at the Sprague and Pines location the food is wonderful and the customer service is also amazing!! Heidi was so great she was so kind on the phone when I called 2 minutes prior to closing asking if I pull in the lot at 9-9:01 can I please still order She was so sweet and told Phil the guy at the window to take my order and they did. Shane I am assuming made the food and it was perfect no complaints at ALL!!!! This is rare because almost every other Taco Time in Spokane, Wa. Has either messed up the order or the food is awful. I had to go back twice the other night at the Francis location which was super frustrating because it still was not right!! BTW in the picture below, this is how chips and cheese are supposed to look. Not fried to death, I want to thank you one more time Sprague for a great...
