My wedding set came from Kay Jewler. After 8 years of wear I needed new prongs and a couple new diamonds. Kay had my ring for 3 months and charged me $2200. Long story short I received an email my ring was done. I went into the store just to find out it was never shipped out. I was DEVASTATED. I took my ring to American Jewelry after I was refered by a friend. I skipped having little diamonds replaced and had a new head(whatever it's called) put on to hold a full carot diamond I inherited vs 4 small diamonds.
