Wow! All I can say is wow! This place is phantasmagora of heavenly food combined with a visual aesthetic that is second to none. Intimate lighting, a menu with a VERY large selection, and 80% of dishes naturally gluten free. Cause you know, that's my gig....this place exceeds all expectations I had. I had to eat here again just to make sure I wasent imagining how good it is, and I'm happy to report, I was not imagining . It is real! I ordered the Orange chicken. Do you have any idea of how hard it is to find a gluten free Orange chicken that's crispy? Let's just say that in the 6 years that I have known that I've had celiac, and I have been consciously eating gluten free, I have never found any decent Orange chicken until now. You would never know it's gluten free if you didn't know. Which is really a shame if you think about it because all they have to do to make something gluten free is use a different kind of flour but that's exactly what they do here at type bamboo they use a flower that is native to Thailand that is naturally gluten free. I hope this place lasts forever! Hands down, the best! And they have a very large bar, for those who drink, if that applies to you. Drinking personally is not my gig but I did take note of how impressive in size the bar was

We had a really good experience at Thai Bamboo on Division Street in Spokane. Being from the Seattle area, I wasn’t expecting much—there’s no shortage of great Thai food back home—so I came in with fairly average expectations. But I was genuinely impressed. The Phad See Ew was the highlight for me. The noodles had great texture, and the overall flavor was balanced and satisfying. Honestly, it was the best version of that dish I’ve had in a while. The chicken satay was tender and had a nice flavor, and the peanut sauce paired well without being too heavy. The red curry chicken also stood out—good flavor and the right amount of heat without overwhelming the dish. The service was friendly and consistent throughout the meal. Our food came out at a comfortable pace, and everyone working there seemed to care about the experience. The restaurant itself was very clean, including the bathrooms, which is always a good sign. Pricing was fair—about what I expected for the portions and quality. It’s not “cheap eats,” but you get your money’s worth. Overall, I left feeling satisfied and grateful to have found a solid Thai spot in Spokane. It’s the kind of place I’d go back to without hesitation, and I’d recommend it to anyone looking for dependable Thai food in the area.

I was pleasantly surprised by how beautiful this restaurant is as well as how great the food and service were! I had the Phad See Ew with a heat level of 1. I'm kind of a lily when it comes to hot spicy food, so I was playing it safe, having not been here before. I would try a 2 or 3 next time. This dish was so good. It was hard to quit eating it and put it into a to go box! My daughter liked hers as well. Her teriyaki seemed lighter and sweeter than we've had before, but it's a Thai version as opposed to other Asian styles. This place is reasonably priced as well. We will be back, and I recommend trying this place if you're craving Thai!

Great Thai food. Large portions, good flavor. I particularly liked that we were asked what spice level we preferred. Not all Thai places let you choose.

Upon arrival, the hostess walked away from us and left us waiting for her to come out from the kitchen, without saying what was happening. At first, we thought she wanted us to follow her. Two other people came out and asked if we had been helped, she reappeared and told them she was seating us.

We were seated and forgotten for a bit, same lady came and took our order. The food came in good time, but that was the last we saw of anyone.

Maybe it was because it was an off-hour, there weren't many people there. We were enjoying each other's company and the decor of the room, so it wasn't a huge deal. But after about twenty minutes of finishing our meal, my husband got up to find her. She came hustling over, said she was just coming to check on us.

She then came with the check and to-go boxes. She put the check holder into one of the to-go boxes. You know, that book thing they carry around to every table, leave sitting on tables, handled by everyone, left sitting on the desk...yeah, that. In our to-go box, where we were to put our leftovers.

Again, we hope it was just an odd experience and not the usual service they offer. It won't put us off trying Thai Bamboo again, the...

DON'T GO!! DON'T GO! I am not the type to write a review but this was the most worst experience I have ever had! I had to share this! with all the great restaurants in customer service and satisfaction and some not so good, this was by far the WORST! I came in about a week and a half ago, I waited about 15 minutes just to get my order taken and it took that long for the server to get my order. We got our food, me and my wife's food was supposed to be a 4 in hotness, one was a 5 or more and mine was like a 1. I asked them to fix it nicely. They came with mine finally and is tasted watered down. I had been there by that time at least an hour or more and just wanted to go home. I requested to ask for compionsation, and they said the owner would call me, and after having to stop in to ask about it after 5 days later, wait another 5 more days and the owner calls and BLAMES ME FOR T HERE BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THE FACT THE FOOD WAS BAD AND TASTED FUNNY AND WATERED DOWN that it's my FAULT and says and I Quote: "there are other Thai places down the road and it's your fault and you made a sceen( which I never did) and said that I made a big deal over nothing. I have been in the chef business and in customer service for over 15 years and this is by FAR THE...
