I’m always a bit apprehensive going into stores like Sleep Number because I never know what kind of employees I will be interacting with. Meggie and Jeffrey at this store are wonderful!
I went in looking to try three of their beds that would be in my price range as I’m dealing with a rare pain disorder that is significantly impacted by pressure points when seated or lying down. Meggie took the time to talk about my needs and showed genuine compassion for what I’m dealing with. I never felt like she was trying to sell me something for the sake of selling me something and she fully respected my budget. Everything was explained to me clearly and I didn’t feel pressured or rushed in any way. She was also very relatable and fun to talk to!
Jeffrey came and helped me for a bit as two customers who had been there a couple weeks earlier and worked with Meggie came in. He saw me over on the display with their flex base and he ended up getting me the formal quote. He was so kind and easygoing! Meggie checked in with me the next day and has truly gone above and beyond to help me get the best deal on one of their beds.
It’s rare to leave a store like Sleep Number feeling calm and understood but they both made the experience so easy and even fun in some ways. I truly appreciate getting to interact with people who are kind and compassionate and I would absolutely come back to the store again in the future if I need to. Thanks to you both for...
Read moreSCAM!!! DO NOT BUY ONE OF THESE HORRIBLE BEDS! If you enjoy sleep or relations with your partner avoid this bed at all costs. The queen bed is a side by side air mattress covered with foam, nothing more. For $3000 you get 2 air mattresses that sag in the middle so bad don't even try sleeping on your side. The sleep number settings are not accurate or consistent. Changing from 100 to 50 makes no difference and is executed immediately by the app with no response by the bed so how is 50 and 100 the same? But 35 to 30 is like letting all the air out and your bottomed out. Honestly, I slept better in jail.
Do not accept free delivery for the base because you cannot return the base. Returning the mattress costs $249 so the 100 night sleep guarantee is deceptive and a scam. Worst purchase I ever made by far.
THIS WHOLE THING IS A SCAM, DO NOT GET INVOLVED. YOU WILL REGRET EVER PURCHASING THIS SNAKE OIL PRODUCT. WATCH OUT FOR THE "PROMOTIONS", THEY ARE DESIGNED TO TRAP THE CONSUMERS. CORPORATE THEIVERY...
Read moreSleep Number sells what is essentially a glorified air mattress, wrapped up in flashy marketing and a sky-high price tag. I expected premium comfort and support, but instead got a bed that felt more like a camp mattress with bells and whistles. You’re literally sleeping on air—plastic air chambers inside the mattress that deflate or inflate based on a number you pick. Not exactly the high-tech sleep revolution they promise.
But the worst part? Trying to return it. They make the process nearly impossible. Hidden fees, confusing policies, and customer service that conveniently “forgets” to mention certain return conditions until it’s too late. And forget about a full refund—by the time you’re done jumping through hoops, you’re out hundreds of dollars and stuck with a bulky piece of disappointment.
Save your money and buy a real mattress from a company that actually stands behind...
