My Mom and Me — Attraction in Spring Hill

Hi! I had an appointment with a girl named Jessi. She told me to message her when I got to the salon but never gave me a number, I waited an hour and a half in my car after messaging her I was at the salon waiting for her to reply. Knowing when she was on Instagram and could of seen my message (because the app tells you when they are online) and still I got no reply. I canceled my appointment and drove away, not even 30 minutes after I canceled she then replies telling me she’s on vacation and wasn’t even at the salon and told me to come in on the wrong day but put me down for the following Monday but she didn’t know why because she was still going to be out of town... I didn’t think much of it and I was going to reschedule, until she posted online the following day how she finished another client and was then going to start her vacation. I have had problems in the past trying to book an appointment here, by the lack of communication at the salon and then this happened. Not even a heads up or message to me, my messages were ignored and I waited for an hour and a half before driving away and canceling my appointment, only until then did Jessi reply. It was very unprofessional, and I will not be...

They apparently don't want business! I called to schedule a haircut and color for my daughter. I was told the stylists all have their own calendars they manage themselves instead of having a coorelated appointment book. I was told a stylist would call me back. Never heard back. I made a few more attempts throughout the day during business hours to schedule. No answer, went to voicemail!

Do they not answer their phones during business hours?

The next day, I was surprised to get a text message from a stylist about wanting to schedule. I said yes gave my availability and even offered alternative times and days if there wasn't anything in my preferred range available. Haven't heard from her since. I tried calling in to schedule... Again, NO ANSWER during business hours.

Why am I still trying to book here?? Because this is where my daughter requested. If it was up to me, they lost my business with not answering phones all day during operational business hours.

Jessi was the stylist who texted me that I am still waiting for a response from... Obviously this is now something I see as habitual from her after reading...

I came to your place and Leann took care of me I thought it was wonderful until 3 months later I was not contacted with a reminder. I stopped by and relized I missed my appointment was on the 13th of august I missed it because I thought it was the 16 th. When I showed up I was told she wasn't there i called no answer then I text and was told she had no time for me because she was cutting back. But she should have said she did not want me as a customer. Instead she said she could not take care of me . You no alot of people make a mistake in life i am not perfect but she should have been contact a day before with a remind but no I did not get that.have I was told someone in the office would get my information and see if they could fit me in. But i do not think she ask anybody. Because i have not had a so how do I explain this to anybody.call.called and reminded me after 3 months.
