You need to find a way to kick out stinky people who haven’t bathed in days. This is unhygienic and quite possibly a health code violation. Why do you feel compelled to house the homeless daily when you’re open from the day your doors open to the minute you close?

A white faceplate for an outlet in the room with the newspapers and computers has been broken for the better part of a year. Please replace it. It doesn’t cost that much.

1. The outlet furthest away from the two vending machines needs to be checked, as it’s temperamental when a charger is plugged in.

3. If you’ve noticed that many throw TRASH into the blue RECYCLING plastic receptacles, an obvious reason WHY is this. Whoever empties them/puts a new liner in puts them back down with the recycling symbol facing the wall, not facing forward. You’re welcome.

It’s really sad when a Starbucks or even a fast food place can be quieter than this library branch. I guess that Spring Valley, where I live, only two blocks away, has become a ghetto.

Also, way too many homeless people come in daily, bathing in the restrooms. This isn't a homeless shelter, it's a public library. Why is the public library a homeless shelter now???

Some of the foreigners let their children run amok and be boisterous like they’re at Circus Circus or a playground. Please tell them that they’re being rude and to teach their children proper manners.

All the libraries in Vegas needs some type of improvement.This library finally got a deacated teen zone(where teens can hang out)sounds great but limited hours.Its only Monday through Saturday only no Sunday from 3-5 pm.Yes,only two hours just not enough time especially when there is a lot of kids in there because you have to take turns to use the video games.I wish they offered more activities that engaged their mind more then just playing video games.Also it's summer they have all day & it's hot outside so just being open two hours is not good.Also waiting until the mid afternoon is a long time for them to wait to go there too.So if they open earlier & more hours for at least 1 or 2 days would be great.There answer is they are short of staff but I think they can work it out.I always see a lot of employees here or even if the branch manager can get involved to help the kids would be good too.Also another issue is they keep closing it too you take the drive,your kid is excited only to be let down.Ofcourse they say no staff to run it,they should of thought of a plan for when that would happen.Why can't they rotate the staff so they could open it,it's only 2 hours one employee can do one hour & another can do the other hour.Aswell if they are not familiar the kids customer service area is right there if they have any questions.Its funny I can see 2 staff members putting books on shelfs really? but they can't open the teen lounge for 2 hours not fair to the kids.They want kids to have a safe place to go to hangout & have fun but with these issues it defeats...

Two ARMED Library Security Guards taking pictures of my wife on their personal phones. I love this library as a long time patron. After I worked a 9 hour shift as a children's therapist at my full-time, the two male security guards conversing with eachother at the help desk tonight Halloween Oct 31st 2024 at 6pm would not assist in watching my wife taking cover from the weather in the weather shelter outside the actual library alongside two folded shut off tucked out of the way electric scooters, followed by taking pictures of my wife at the front door with their PERSONAL PHONES, while following me scooter-less harassing me about kicking me out while I try to print college papers, return some books, and check out a book on hold. They were stalking and harassing instead of being of service to the point I, my wife and library staff looked and felt completely uncomfortable attempting to pay my late fees. I am reaching out to all Branch Managers, Library Governing Body, all local news outlets, filing police report and FBI report as well as their security company to assist with these two suspicious and unknown subject's inappropriate illegal criminal stalking and harassing. My wife is now afraid to visit this library at all ever again, and we live on the same block as the library the last six years, as well as been coming to this library for the last six...
