The most authentic and best tasting Thai food in Las Vegas. I have been going here for over 10 years and will continue to go back. Pay no attention to the old sign nor the interior decorations, you are there for the BEST Thai food. Having been to Thailand many times, I find Thai BBQ very authentic and a good value for your money, the staff is always kind as well.
For my family we love a lot of dishes there but to top the list is the following; LARB, if your into beef salad this is the bomb ! Lots of crunchy rice and just the right amount of lime and chili's make a heavenly but healthy dish. My kids LOVE the Sautee, either beef or chicken we usually order a combo and it comes with the Shrimp fried rice. You also cant go wrong with any of the Curry's, my personal favorite is the Panang curry. Lets not stop there, the Pad Thai noodles or the Pad Se Ew are just a tasty. We try to order something new each time and have never gone wrong, its all good...check out Thai Iced tea and the soups too.
I know there are dozens of Thai places here in Las Vegas with fancy decor and high prices but nothing beats the good taste and value of Thai BBQ....see you guys again soon !
Update. Went back the other day with my daughter just to have some good Thai food. Although it seems that the prices have gone up a little bit it's still a good value. Also the food is just simply delicious. I got the red Thai curry and my daughter got the house fried rice. And they were both just amazingly yummy. They give you a lot of food as well so there's plenty of food for sharing and bringing home as we both did. We also got the Thai iced tea as we usually do and it was so delicious. If you've never tried Thai iced tea please try it there and you won't be disappointed. This place continues to be one of our hidden gems especially when it comes to yummy Thai food I...
Read more2 stars for the food that we did receive during our dine in, it was really good, but the service was HORRIBLE! We arrived on reservation(party of 3)and there were 3 other family/couples dining. It was evident that they had already ordered after we were seated so, here's where it started to go down hill... we waited 15-20mins before the waitress even bothered to take our drink order so we ordered our meal at that time (family style shrimp fried rice and a beef fried rice and 4 piece bbq chicken). The wait begins.... (mind you the other tables have received their food ate and left so we're the only ones dinning)finally the waitress comes with the beef fried rice so we're expecting the rest the food to follow. Well that didn't happen, so we started to eat the rice before it got cold. Another 20-25mins goes by and another 2 family/couples came in and they were promptly attented to once seated with their order be taken by the waitress. We noticed how attentive the waitress was to the other tables, meanwhile we still haven't received the rest of our order. One in our party decided to take the rest of the order togo so when the guy came with our food togo the other table was getting served their food(funny they had ordered the same thing as we did. Must be nice to be served in such a timely manner). The man at the front was nice enough to give one of the rice dishes for free, but it didn't take away from the experience. Again the fried rice was good, but service means even more and to wait 1 1/2hrs was unacceptable. We didn't feel welcomed as the only black customers patronizing this establishment within the 2hrs we were there and...
Read moreGreeted by friendly staff. We were seated right away since we had a reservation for 9 people. It was my first time here but my sister and her husband had been here before. I took their recommendation and had the special bbq ribs with shrimp fried rice. The portion was huge. The ribs came with a very sweet red sauce but it didn't need it in my opinion. I also had the thai sweet tea which again was a touch on the sweet side but good refreshing nonetheless. The ribs were fall off the bone tender and charred nicely. The flavoring was nice and the rice was excellent with the plump and Juicy shrimp. My wife had the bbq chicken which seemed like a huge half chicken on her plate. She said it was good but the breast meat was overcooked and dry which was also mentioned by another person in the party who had chicken as well. I should add that the venue was spacious and clean. Overall I'd like to go back and perhaps try other items on the menu. It really is the friendly server who made our visit the a pleasant...
