Splash Supper Club is a sexy spot. As other reviewers have echoed, Splash Supper Club is perfect for a date night. The baby blue lighting and ambiance are grown, sexy, and cozy. I made a table reservation on Saturday that lasts two hours. However, my date and I got the table for nearly 3 hours because the 11:00 pm reservation came late. I ordered the catfish, chicken, rice, and shrimp plate, which was delicious. My food video does not capture the tastiness, but I enjoyed the entire dish. The women seem to love Splash Supper Club because the club's makeup was predominantly women; beautiful, nicely dressed Black women. Most of the patrons were dressed dapper or fly. However, the dress code isn't strict because I saw a few men come in wearing ball caps and casual clothes. I will return to Splash, and I can't stress enough that this is a mellow date night spot. The host rapped and tried to turn it up, but it wasn't happening. I saw a few girls dancing by the couches with their friends, but most people were lounging, talking, eating, and enjoying themselves. It would be nice if Splash Supper Club had a dance floor, and they could have a dance floor if they moved the couch section in front of the stage. Who knows, if they had a dance floor, it might get lit. Nevertheless, I recommend this place for date night or if you are a single man who wants to go to a venue where the female-to-male ratio is staggering. A single female on the night I went would damn near have to choose the first man who approached her based on supply and demand.

My family and I were visiting on vacation and we were told about this amazing lounge. We reserve a table for 5 on Saturday at 10 pm. Once we got there our server was very up beat and we were feeling the vibe. However we were told that on Saturdays it’s a minimum of $100 per person for the night. We weren’t told this when making the reservation and we was set to go to a different spot but was talked out of it by our host. We ordered a bottle for the table and we all ate, THE FOOD WAS AMAZING! However, the DJ sucked and the VIP section was too crowded and there wasn’t any room to move around. When we got our check there were two different prices, one for paying cash and if we paid with credit card it was $12 on top of that there was a tip included. I’m a tipper but please give notice when doing this. The girls were gorgeous, it looked great in the inside but after talking to others in the club we realize the host was trying to rip us off as no one else was told that there was $100 minimum. I wish my experience was different, we will not be returning, unless I can order my food to go.

It could have been a five star until we got the bill. Let me tell you the good and the bad. The restaurant looks modern, clean and hip. The service was good. The food was excellent and we were planning on going back soon. We had the calamari, the mushroom rosemary burger and the blackened catfish. Then we got the bill. As you can see on the pictures we were charged a 20 % graditute. We usually tip that amount anyway if the service is good but it should be up to the customers how much you tip especially when you weren’t advised of the automatic charge. But now the most ridiculous part. After running my credit card (as you can see on the last picture) they expected more tip. Really? Especially there wasn’t a covercharge for the music and I hope they didn’t try to sneak it in this way. Also an additional charge for using a credit card. It’s sad that this kind of practice is used. Because of it we are not going back.

My friends & I were visiting from Miami. We got there pretty early & didn’t know we would need reservations. The nice guy in the front let us know the place was booked and only had seating outside. We were already there so we decided outside was fine. He walks us to the patio & it was a dingy couch with broken old table.. the music wasn’t playing outside. We sat for 5 mins and asked the waitress if there was space at the bar. She said yes. Walked us to the bar & gave us space to STAND… I was soo confused.. we decided to order food to go because it was uncomfortable. While walking out the guy at the front told us he was looking for us because he had an open table. We decided to stay since a table was available. Our waitress Amishka was TERRIBLE!!! She took our drink order & we asked for hookah. She told us she’ll call the hookah girl over.. 30 mins of waiting I called her over & let her know we never got our drinks. She told me this stupid excuse about how the lists of drinks is long & she didn’t see ours. I smiled because the excuse was silly... she said “I’m not lying”.. I said ok no problem we’ll wait. literally an hour later NO DRINKS! me & my friend decided to walk to the bar & order there. Behind us is our waitress amishka flirting & dancing with a crowd… across the bar was our drinks sitting there.. the bar tender had to taste it to see if it was watered down. He was very nice & made our night. I didn’t get his name. Long brown curly hair guy. Back to the hookah girl who never came over. I asked the guy up front if he could call the hookah girl over because we’ve been waiting. Hookah girl came right over with beautiful energy. Apologizing letting us know no one told her we wanted a hookah. Of course AMISHKA didn’t tell her anything. Not surprised. For the rest of the time we were there AMISHKA NEVER CAME BACK TO OUR TABLE. We ordered 2 more drinks each & had to walk to the bar each time we needed anythingggg!! The night was ok besides the terrible waitress amishka. So disrespectful to see her helping everyone else but us. On the bright side reading these other reviews I’m glad she stayed away because if we got an overpriced bill still having to tip, that would’ve been a big problem. We paid everything at the bar & the price was reasonable. Besides the horrible service & experience from AMISHKA, The food was 7/10.. I had the salmon, mash & asparagus. Drinks were 5/10.. barley felt anything. Bathroom was nasty.. door couldn’t lock. Service.. I’ve said enough about the sevice. Go at...

As a fellow small business owner, I truly dislike leaving negative reviews about other small businesses, but this was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had in a very long time.

I booked a reservation for 15 guests for a surprise party for my husband. We had family flying in from all over, and with most of us being small business owners, we were very intentional about supporting Black-owned businesses during our trip. I had discovered this place on social media and was impressed by the 30–40 menu items pictured on their website, along with their advertised happy hour (30% off until 9pm).

I received a confirmation for our 7:30pm reservation in a private VIP room. However, when we arrived, the bartender looked shocked to see us. The owner eventually came out and told us to “sit anywhere.” When I reminded him of our reservation for the private room, he walked us to a dark back space and had to wake up a sleeping security guard from one of the booths before turning on the lights. It was clear they were not expecting us.

When we scanned the menu, it was completely different from what we saw online—only about 6 items were available. The owner explained that they had recently changed chefs but hadn’t updated the menu yet. At this point, we considered leaving, but finding last-minute seating for 15 people would have been nearly impossible.

Service was painfully slow. It took about 30 minutes for drinks and nearly an hour for food, which arrived cold. Most dishes had to be sent back. The only highlight was the loaded potato, which tasted good but was served lukewarm.

We expressed our concerns to the owner, and while he did send over a $10 complimentary bottle of champagne and discounted our meals at happy hour pricing, it felt like too little, too late. The pricing also didn’t match what was advertised online.

All night I found myself apologizing to our guests. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this establishment in good faith. While there may be potential, the lack of transparency, poor planning, and overall execution made for a very...

Okay let me start off first by saying this, usually when me and my girls hit up splash it’s usually a good time. (We been coming here for 2 years!) This past Saturday was the WORST! I made reservations for a table a week ago, when we got there the host said we were on STAND BY! Even after I had made a reservation from a week ago! She and another guy Alex told us to come back in 30 mins because they have to see if there was any cancellations on a table even after I told them I have a RESERVATION. So we came back in 30 mins, she told us that there was still no tables and we can wait at the bar until there is one available (and what if we didn’t come to drink or we don’t drink and just wanted the vibes and smoke hookah ??) and that we had to spend $270 for a bottle in order to sit at the table (mind you nowhere in the reservation doesn’t state that) I don’t mind buying a bottle but we wanted to smoke hookah instead, we asked for someone else in charge so we spoke to a guy in a red shirt and he told us that we had to pay $50 per person and still get a bottle and we were still WAITING for a table ! I showed him the reservation email he told us we still had to wait smh so unprofessional 😑 At this point we’re frustrated because everyone is saying different things. People were passing by us not having to pay $50 per person so yal can already see what I’m getting at. Needs to be more professional, policies need to be stated within booking reservations and host and whoever’s in charge need to be on the same page because everyone was saying different things, and different prices. Nothing made sense ! So disappointing because we really did enjoy...
