I literally just got off the phone with this place. I would definitely say do not order from these people. They are extremely racist. This is not the first incident that I dealt with them and seeing the Power Trip of the owner back in the day when it was the original Owners this place was fantastic. Amazing since they moved back home and the lady has taken over the place has completely changed. I placed a order with them. I was told because she forgot an item that next time I place an order, she would put a credit on my account and give it to me. I haven’t ordered from them in aI placed an order with them. I was told because she forgot a item that next time I place an order, she would put a credit on my account and give it to me. I haven’t ordered from them in a while. I called to make the order and I asked for my credit I could hear the Owner screaming in the back telling the girl on the phone that she has already given me my credit and that she’s already given me the term so I would have to pay full price. I then proceeded to tell them that I haven’t ordered from them since the original time I ordered and to just cancel my order Because I could hear the Owner in the back screaming saying that she’s the owner and that she doesn’t have to give me any credit which I’m getting a credit because I paid for something and she forgot to deliver it to me. They’re extremely aggressive. They lack customer service. Please take your business somewhere else. This is the second incident that I’ve seen with micro aggression and also they’re extremely racist. I’ve seen it with my own eyes in person. It’s my fault after a while coming back to this place and ordering from them. I should’ve completely stayed away. Please do not waste...

This is some of the best Chinese food we've had since moving to Las Vegas. We've found several great places since our arrival and they can be broken down by category. There is strip mall takeout, high-end stuff from Chinatown and strip-mall/stand-alone dine-in. This is in the takeout category. Due to the pandemic, there's no dining in here, although it looks like you could dine-in pre-pandemic.

My family generally gets Chinese takeout for Christmas Eve dinner. Our first favorite spot in town, discovered when we flew in to find a home to by, is Great Wall at Charleston and Ranchero and this is where we typically get our higher-quality takeout or dine-in. It's not to the level of Chinamama but it is fantastic nonetheless. While waiting for our food on Christmas Eve, we struck up a conversation with another customer who, after realizing we lived quite a distance form Great Wall advised us to try Red Shrimp Company, which is considerably closer to where we live. She told us that the quality was on par with Great Wall and that these were her two favorite Chinese spots in Las Vegas. Given that we love Great Wall, she seemed credible.

We finally had a chance to try it and she was spot on. The service was friendly and helpful. The prices were great for what we ordered and the food, was awesome. The flavors were fresh and on-point. There wasn't a weak item in our order. It was all just great. Probably the best won ton soup I've had in this city and the sesame chicken was some of the best I've had anywhere. We'll be back as often as my wife will allow me to order Chinese food and I recommend you...

Food was great but staff appear to cater more to their own kind and/or caucasians than anyone else.

I went here to get a pick up order because she said over phone they don't have fulltime delivery. While I was here on my first visit I sat and had to wait a while for my spring rolls.

Upon this wait I noticed the lady at register inside took the food outside with curb service, to the paid customer whom already come inside to pay beforehand.

So I took notice and on my next order I too came inside and paid in advance and I requested the same curbside carryout service from the same cashier.

However this same lady refused to bring my food out to my car, and unlike on my first visit where she was busy and still made time to take care of her people and a caucasians couple with this curbside carryout...on my second visit I was the only order there!

There was none else inside ordering or waiting in line. So I was sure to say something to her when I had to come back inside to get my vegetable fried rice with spring rolls.

I told her I was aware of what she was doing and that I don't appreciate her preferential treatment; her attitude appeared to be racial motivated, and not to worry, it would be my last time frequenting their establishment...

*so to all whom care, buyer beware, they may not serve you're kind...

I've ordered take out grub here many times, but always forgot to review it. This time I ordered General Tsos Chicken, Chicken Fried Rice, Thai Noodles and Hot and Sour Soup. With orders over a certain amount, the white rice and two egg rolls are free The General Tsos Chicken is always the best, more like orange chicken.. The Thai noodles are really Phad Thai, and don't use as much fish sauce as the real thing (which is a good thing for me). The Shrimp Fried Rice is bland - with eggs and bean sprouts. The Hot and Sour Soup is only whole mushrooms with egg drop - no bamboo shoots, chicken or lao tofu. Previously I've had the Kung Pao Chicken, just so-so. Ate here again and had the Shrimp with Vegetables and Curry Chicken. The first was very good, the second dish had an ok flavor but was very saucy. Overall, not the best but the price, generous quantities, and quick service keep me coming back Np tofu dishes at all.

Myself and my spouse go to Red Shrimp a couple times a week. I typically order the lunch special and sometimes order online. While online the menu specifically says, "Lunch specials hours are 11a.m. to 4p.m. I get there at 3:02 and was promptly told oh no Lunch special ends at 3p.m. I drove there as a faithful customer and got turned away, being told we can't control the website that post the above information. I will not go back to this restaurant and advise others not to patronize the place. Bad Customer Service to say the least. Please look at the website to verify my accusations. Oh I went back in to show them what the website showed to no avail....SMH. Please note the pics show 2 different websites showing 11a.m. to 4p.m. as the times for lunch specials.
