Closets by Design Northwest Arkansas — Attraction in Springdale

I was/am very impressed (which is not to say I'm difficult but it's something when I say I'm impressed)! My imagination is sometimes difficult to understand. The designer (name withheld for privacy) took hours listening and drawing up my thoughts. She followed up with many emails. She got her team involved for feedback. She was patient with those things I didn't understand. AND the most amazing thing .... I've been waiting and dealing with other cabinet makers/companies for 5 months with no real satisfaction at any stage of communication.... HOWEVER .... they had this done, planning to finish, in 2 weeks. The installers were First Class also, excellent craftsmen.

And their costs were very reasonable, lower than most I was quoted.

Was everything perfect? - no, but that's because I didn't understand certain things. But that's not their fault and I'll know better with my next project they hopefully do for me.

This review comes from me who is an older gentleman, been a DIY most of my life, grew up poor, worked HARD for over a half of a century, who has never had anything given to me or a free ride, and who has done many MANY projects. My wife tells me "You know you're 60, right?" CBD did the parts of my current project I couldn't really do anymore ... which allows me to do the things I still can and get things done. So this tells you a little something about who is writing this review.

It was overall a positive experience. My closet system is gorgeous and great quality. I wish I had spent a little more for the backing but ended up using peel and stick wallpaper to cover the missing paint that was under the original closet shelving. The only issue I had was that my install was scheduled over 6 weeks out because I chose the deco drawers design. After waiting all that time, the installers put in the flat drawers so they had to come back out later in the week to install the correct drawers. They also didn't bring my jewelry trays and one of my slanted shoe shelves. They installed on a Monday but couldn't come back out until Friday so we ended up living in our bedroom in disarray for an entire week. And one very minor thing, they removed an outlet cover in my bathroom and didn't put it back. I noticed on Monday and left or out for them on Friday and they still didn't replace it. Nonetheless, it was a very good experience. The customer service was amazing. They were very communicative throughout...

We were blown away with Closets by Design NWA! The entire team was phenomenal. I could tell from the get-go that this was a well oiled machine. From Lori, the front office gal to Kelly the designer and Case the owner - everyone knew exactly what needed to be done and designed a BEAUTIFUL entertainment center for us.

When the day came to instal, the guys who came out where awesome, kind and professional.They were quick and made sure that it was perfect.

Before I even got home from work that day to see the finished product, Case was calling to let us know that he saw an issue when he looked at finished pictures from his crew. The drawers were just a hint off in color and he ordered new drawers that day. The drawers were just installed and it is absolutely PERFECT.

I am just SO impressed with this entire company and will be using them for all of our upgrades! Off to find things that I want...
