Okay, so we arrived in the latter portion of the evening. Discovered that the pool (which we later noticed was filthy and mosquito laden) and breakfast were unavailable. We asked what other amenities were available instead as the price of our 7 day stay was just over $800. He offered to cancel our room. At 9:30 at night. We'd traveled from west Texas. Our room was on the first floor. Which was good. The room wasn't. The carpet and linoleum floors were so grimey that anything touching it went black. Black and slimey! The room had a strange odor. The air was sticky. My hair and skin felt wet anytime I was in the room. Knats constantly flew out of the sink drain. They walked all over the mirrors and our beds. But at least there were no roaches or bedbugs. The mini fridge fit the things we brought to eat. Unfortunately, they froze solid and had thick frost coating them so that they were inedible. The air conditioner worked, but a cat pee odor and moisture came from it. It was very much like a swamp cooler. It never really kept the room consistently cool, but I think it was the sticky moisture coming from it. The bedding and towels were clean. Except once. We got fresh towels and two wash clothes were dirty. I think it was from the same thing we did, which was wash the linoleum flooring. So gross. The tub, toilet, sink, and counter was clean. The maids did their best. The hotel desperately needs to clean the carpets, even those in common areas. I would not want children to sit, play, or lay on the floors. Even the bottoms of my new shoes looks moldy now! I am not joking. I can honestly say that it in no way appeared to be covid cautious. No dividers. Dirty fingerprints everywhere. We washed the luggage cart this morning before we checked out a day early. My clorox wipes were gray with filth. I will say that the man who rudely checked us in was very nice this morning. He must've been very tired before. He also shaved off $200 from our price because we checked out a day early. So there is that. The hotel was safe. We had no problem with anyone. The halls are indoor. There is a laundry room for guest use on the 4th floor. Coffee in the lobby. Minimal maid service. Cable and wi-fi (which was spotty at best). The beds and pillows were VERY comfortable. External noise level minimal. Waffle House was across the street and Denny's shared the lot with the hotel. Unfortunately, the hotel didn't share any coupons or discounts for any place around. It was definitely the dirtiest LaQuinta hotel I have ever stayed in. Location wise the hotel was near plenty of shopping, eating, and entertainment. The hotel is located near Fayetteville and Rogers. It took short minutes to get anywhere. Eureka Springs was a little further, but easy and pleasant enough to get there. That was much appreciated. The locals were very friendly.

My wife and I were extremely dissatisfied with our stay. We stayed 2 nights at the La Quinta in Springdale AR through SamsClub. We checked in, then went to eat dinner then went to Walmart for supplies for our early morning train excursion. When we were ready for bed, we pulled back the covers and the sheets were not changed. This obviously was very disturbing. The clerk on duty quickly helped us change all of the bedding. The furniture was nasty looking as well. On our chair, there was a hand print along with various other stains on the side. Hair on the bathtub. There were also a lot of dust in areas that should be cleaned. I ended up having to go back to Walmart to get some cleaning supplies to clean our own room. We got to bed late and didn't get much sleep before we left on Saturday. We were both so tired after going to bed so late that we fell asleep on the train (the whole point of our trip). This was a horrible experience which I tried to complain to the clerk when we checked out and was told there is nothing they could do since I booked through Sam's and I would have to tell Sam's. Regardless of where I purchased my stay, La Quinta is responsible for cleaning the room. Not what I would call a satisfying experience. Unfortunately I can’t find where to add pictures.

"Spacious room, soft beds, decent breakfast" This is a wonderful hotel in its price range. It is close to several restaurants and very close to Fayetteville. The staff were friendly and professional on the phone and in person. The room was more spacious than anticipated. The beds were soft, sheets clean and all of the cups and toiletries were new which seems like a small thing but definitely isnt when you get used, dirty ones. The bathroom was small but clean. I like the sink being outside of the bathroom. The indoor pool and hot tub were a good size and were clean when we were there. The breakfast was very good. There was cereal, muffins, biscuits and gravy, hard boiled eggs...did miss bacon a bit. When we went to check out we asked if rooms around us were smoking because we randomly smelled it. She said no and that they would keep an eye out. She also said next time to call the front desk right away and they will try to stop them and move us to a room on the other side of the hotel. We also showed them a picture of black spots on the bathroom ceiling we thought might be mold. She called maintenance and sent them right up to look. Every hotel has issues. It's how they handle it that matters

We were greeted every day with a friendly staff, but I have the feeling they were laughing behind our backs. Maybe some weird joke or something? We registered 2 rooms for a 10 night stay and checked in on Wednesday, but didn't recieve room service until Friday after trips to the front desk for clean towels and complaints. We tracked down a maid for towels and trash removal. She handed us a roll of trash bags and towels. On Friday, we went to the front desk and complained, so the front desk clerk came up with towels, a vacuum and removed trash. Saturday, the room was serviced as we expected. Sunday, no service. Again we complained, and recieved clean wet towels. I stated I was disgusted and going to file a bad review. The towels were returned to the drier for a period of time and returned to us, damp. We also recieved profuse apologies. Monday we came back to a terrifically clean and vacuumed room. Tuesday, no service, again. We got service 1 more time, it was after 5:00pm, so we had her just take trash and switch towels. We left our trash in the hall once and brought it out to the large trash also. We have stayed long stays in many hotels and always gotten daily service, with clean towels and trash removal. This was the only motel I have ever srayed in with such poor service. I would think that guests staying 10 nights with 2 rooms would be wanted, but I guess not. We come with a convention and have over 100 rooms booked in the surrounding area yearly. We were the only ones booked at LaQuinta. After talking to someone else staying elsewhere, we were told they are notoriously dirty and people refuse to stay. It is too bad, because they are a prime location, being right next door to the convention center we meet. I know, I have learned my lesson and will...

The front desk staff were very friendly, and the hotel was right next door to the conference center that we were at. Other than that, I cannot sing praises unfortunately. The hotel was dirty, and our room stunk so badly, and our shower didn't work properly. We stayed for 8 days and had 2 adjoining rooms. Both rooms were terribly stinky, like dirty wet pets. The carpet was gross, and our white socks were dirty just walking around in the rooms. The first night I was so plugged up from the smell in our rooms. The second day, I went to the store to get Febreze spray and a LARGE cinnamon candle. I sprayed the carpets in both rooms 2-3 times per day and had the candle lit whenever we were in the rooms. By the 2nd to last day, it was finally smelling somewhat ok but I'm sure only because of my Febreze and candles. The shower would not work properly. It was either scalding hot burn your skin or freezing cold. There was no in-between temperature. The hotel did not provide adequate amenities for someone staying for a week. The breakfast was mediocre, the hotel lobby was always full of what appeared to be hotel residents. The tables in the eating area were always dirty with trash or food particles. We were having to wipe them off ourselves to use a table. We asked for someone to wipe them down a few times, but she said they'd get to it, and didn't so we did it ourselves. The hallways were only vacuumed after we complained on day 3 or 4 that they were in such bad shape. Trash, visible debris and such were covering the floors in the hallways. The hotel has 1 washer and 1 dryer for the entire hotel. We ended up having to go to a local laundry mat. The pool was closed for maintenance. The hotel was not at all as it...
