I've never had such appalling service. The restaurant closed at 11. We pulled in and tried to place our order at 10:25. Upon trying to place our order we were immediately informed it would take 10-15 minutes for our food. I said that's fine we will wait. The employee seemed disappointed that I was willing to wait. Next they told me that before they could even take my order that had to fill two other customer orders even though saw no one in front or behimd me. After my family of 5 was left waiting 15 minutes, i said "sir?" to the speaker (wondering I'd I had been forgotten about) and the man began shouting and wouldn't let me finish asking my question. He shouted "I ALREADY TOLD YOU TO WAIT!" several times over me; not letting me speak. He didn't even know what I was going to say. It's not right to leave someone waiting on you then be treated with such disrespect. It doesn't cost anything to be nice to someone. We decided to drive off and leave after 20 minutes and when we pulled around we could see there was only one other vehicle at the window. We had just sat at the speaker the whole time and no other vehicles around but the car at the window. I'm also attaching a photo of the sign that was taped to their speaker which seems as if they are attempting to drive customers away. I always thought the goal was to work for the customer and not the other way around. They laminated this important statement which is obviously not corporate approved and didn't even take the time to spell check it. It's sad. We will not be returning to this location and really hope management will take this review into consideration coming from a customer willing to pay money even after waiting so long.

Short review: 😬 Yikes. Go to any other Popeyes but this one... UNLESS you want some of that social media footage of that cringeworthy type feel. I should have known from the initial interaction at the speaker that drama was getting ready to unfold here. I stated that I had a coupon. Usually, Popeye's at any other location, asks for the code, then "spicy?, white or dark meat?". Easy breezy. But at this location, she told me to pull up to the window so they can "check out the coupon". Checked out the coupon, rang me up (no questions about spicy? White or dark, so as he was handing me my card, I said oh yeah, I want to make sure that's dark meat. Someone was already handing him a bag with white meat. I said that's okay we'll wait for the dark meat... And that's when the problem started. Wow. Somehow what started as coupon policing rolled into weird explanations of why I had to accept the white meat. It went on for too long. The guy said he was doing what his boss was telling him to do. However irrational it sounded. And it sounded like yelling in the background the whole time. They ended up refunding my money and making me spend full price for the dark meat. It was no longer about the $1.50 in savings. C'mon guys, I just wanted the dark meat. They wanted me to pull up and wait. I stayed at the window because that's what I ordered in the first place. It was very frustrating, unnecessary, and really just a lot of bad day vibes that quickly rolled into anger thrown at the customer.

Tonight my wife brings me a "Spicy Chicken Sandwich" meal. But guess what, it's actually left over bone-in breast on my sandwich. Ate what I could. Then I called and talked with a Mr. THOMAS HAWKINS, manager on duty. The conversation as follows: MR HAWKINS: THANK YOU FOR CALLING POPEYES ME: HI MY WIFE JUST WENT THROUGH THE DRIVETHRU AND ORDERED ME A SPICY CHICKEN SANDWICH, YOU DIDNT CHARGE HER, AND I WOULD LIKE TO TALK TO THE MANAGER ON DUTY MR HAWKINS: THIS IS HIM ME: SO, I GOT A BONE IN BREAST ON A BUN AND YOU WANT TO FEED ME YOUR SCRAPS BECAUSE YOU DONT FEEL LIKE MAKING IT FRESH, and then YOU WANT TO GIVE IT TO HER FOR FREE BECAUSE YOU WERE JUST GOING TO THROW IT AWAY? MR HAWKINS: SIR I DIDNT MAKE THAT- ME: WHATS YOUR NAME? MR HAWKINS: mY NaME iS thOmAS hAWkiNS Me: goodnight, Thomas Hawkins. Never has this location been anywhere close to standards and Mr Hawkins proved that tonight. Even stating to my wife, "it's 9:40, take it, what are they gonna do, write me up?"

I ordered two meals online for pick-up. I drove to the Popeye's to pick it up. I live almost 30 minutes away from this Popeye's. When I got there, a line of several car was in the drive-thru. So I had to wait more than 15 minutes to finally get up to the order speaker. They hadn't even started my order yet and it had been 45 minutes since I submitted it. I ordered pies while I was waiting for them to put my order together. I pay for the pies and am then told to park and wait for my order. I am not happy at all at this point. I had been watching through the window into the kitchen and it was total chaos in there. It made me very uncomfortable because employees were yelling at each other. It didn't give me much confidence that my order was going to be forthcoming any time soon. When they parked me, it confirmed my thoughts. By this time 50 minutes had elapsed since I submitted my order. A woman then walks outside and informs me that they are completely out of Cajun Fries and asked what I want instead. I told her just double up on the mashed potatoes. She goes back in and at this point 55 minutes have passed. There are no cars at all at the drive-thru, meaning that cars after me were ordering, paying, getting their food, and leaving. Meanwhile, I'm still waiting for my order submitted an hour earlier online. I'm thinking to myself how pointless ordering online was. I'm VERY disappointed in the whole online ordering system and in the conduct of some of the employees inside yelling at each other. It's very unprofessional. It seemed management had no control over the situation.

Also, running out of popular food items should never happen unless the store is just not receiving the amount they ordered for daily operations. Either way, somebody dropped the ball.

An hour and five minutes after I ordered online I finally received my order. The food was EXCELLENT. That's why I go to Popeye's. The chicken and biscuits are heavenly. The mashed potatoes and gravy are superb and the fried pies are a wonderful treat. The new Blueberry Lemon pies are so delicious. Please keep that item on your menu.

One of the meals I ordered was chicken tenders and I designated honey mustard to go with the tenders. No honey mustard was put in with my order. PLEASE be sure to include dipping sauces with tenders. That's why I ordered it. Other than that, the food was hot, fresh, and...

To say that the employees were rude would be a compliment. I ordered online, and they didn't start my order until after I got to the window. They immediately had me pull forward to park without an apology for the wait, a mention of how long it would be, or even a hello. I should have checked the bag when she brought me my food 5-10 minutes later. When I got home, I was missing 2 out of my 5 sandwiches. While driving back out, I call to let them know. I'm hoping they will get my food ready so I can grab it and go. Instead of apologizing for the mistake, the woman tells me, "Well, do you have your receipt? If you don't have your receipt then we can't replace the items." When I get to the drive through, I start to explain who I am when the person cuts me off, saying, "For Kathi? Just pull up to the window." When I get up there, the young woman says, "Now what is?" I explain again about the missing food. She looks confused, but a woman behind her asks me if the chicken is spicy or classic on the 2 sandwiches. Since it has now been 45 minutes since my food was originally supposed to be done, I asked her if they could remake my sandwich, too, because it was obviously going to be completely cold by now. She looked at me with an irritated face and said, "I'll have to ask. Pull up." 10 minutes later, after being given the wrong person's food, a man hands me my 2 sandwiches with no mention of the one I asked to be remade. I asked him about it. He told me he didn't know anything about it, but the guy walking through the parking lot right then is his manager. So, I asked him. He tells me, "Oh, sure. I got you. No problem. I'll take care of that."

A minute later, an aggressive looking woman comes up to my window and demands, "What's the problem here?"

I start to tell her, and she cuts me off, roughly saying, "Policy only allows us to replace missing product. That's it."

It took me over an hour to get my food. My sandwich was made wrong when I finally got it. They were rude at every step. They never apologized. On top of that, they treated me like some kind of criminal.

I strongly recommend enjoying one of the many other chicken...
