Slim Chickens — Restaurant in Springdale

I think this location suffers from heavy worker turnaround, because it is the least impressive Slim Chicken's I've ever been to. My girlfriend or I have picked up a quick bite from here several times on the way to visit family, and each time is more dissapointing than the last. My first complaint is somewhat small, but this kitchen does not handle substitutions. My girlfriend prefers one of the wraps with a different sauce and this location will not swap for her. Like I said, small for us, but maybe a big deal for people with food allergies. My next complaint is price vs value and consistency. The wrap meal costs as much as strip meal and contains maybe a third of the chicken. The fries vary greatly from purchase to purchase as well. Some are far too salty and soggy while other batches are perfect. not sure if these issues are just this location's issues with uniformity because of turnover or if it's a chain issue. The third and largest issue is quality. Every wrap I've had here has had wilted, slimy lettuce (and far too little lettuce to fill out the wrap on top of that). I'm severely disappointed. I've been going to the locations for years now. We allows our son to meet with his team there, and also we also do catering with this location. That over. We were there yesterday June 26, 2024 after 5pm. The management that was at there at the time should be highly ashamed. She was so loud, inconsiderate and just completely rude. Customers complained in the loddy. The way she spoke to the staff ( mostly children ) was unacceptable. I went to the counter to check on my order and she was in their faces screaming. Completely unprofessional. The customer at the counter said she's not a normal employee there, nevertheless no one should ever be treated like that. The customer also said she had been like that the entire time her family had been there moments before we had arrived. I've never witnessed this at this location and I will be pulling the booster from here and also my catering. That was enough to make anyone terrified. I pray those poor children don't look up to her ignorance and unprofessional way and make a report against her. I like Slims, but I do not like this location. The food is good, but the service and the atmosphere are not good. We ordered food for pick up and actually arrived five minutes after the time given for pick up. I continue to wait another 15 minutes in the store. The waiting is not the only issue, however, the experience just feels very chaotic. The team behind the counter is yelling and running, and there is nowhere for guests to stand and wait for food. The team is nice but they continue to promise “you food is coming up right now” to no avail. They offered me a free brownie for the wait, however, the brownie did not feel sufficient. This is not a one time experience, every time I have been there the food has taken a lot longer, and it feels like a lot of chaos behind the counter and waiting for your order or waiting in line to order. I have been to other Slims for Sunday lunch and the experience is not the same.
