Since opening we have had our order wrong 5 times. Every single time we dine in orders are just fine. But the drive thru needs work. They forgot the fork for our max and cheese as well as napkins. We decided to go back and dine in. I opened my mac and cheese and it was old (sitting there for a while and had the burnt cheese from the bottom of the pot they cook it in). Not satisfied with it, I went to the counter and let the team lead know they had given me way to much old Mac. He said no problem weâll give you another one and if you want you can keep the other large Mac too. The manager interrupted us and said âwhatâs the problemâ. I proceeded to explain the situation and he said no that Mac is cheese is normal, we donât make it in a pot, it not burnt. I said Iâve never gotten that much burnt parts. He started telling me how they bake it and itâs not in a pot. I told him this wasnât the first time weâve had issues and he said well weâre the busiest in NWA and we service 2000 transactions and mistakes will be made and in turn we can just call them and they do us right. I told him I didnât want to continue calling him for these issues, I donât want to be the one with the mistake. I asked if their was someone I could report these issues to and he said well you can just call the cares team but thatâs gonna go straight to him so basically saying donât bother weâre not gonna fix it. At this point just re train drive thru, double lane must be too much for them. I only say this because this is the third time receiving the wrong order and no receipt but first time trying to go back to resolve my order. But Only had as much trouble receiving my order just the same as taking my order.Even though it was just a single sandwich that was missed Even speaking to a manger named Jose. A curbside employee named Timothy was no help insisted the drive placed a receipt in the bag in his words âthey always place it in the bagâ And then to follow it up with so you just want a free sandwich? At this point I was irritated and wanted the sandwich I paid for and wanted to leave but speaking to the next curbside employee Grayson. Which speaking to him I told him I just wanted to place another order for a shake(which I had my card ready to pay for) and my sandwich if possible. Because if they wouldnât give me the sandwich for no receipt based off their ignorance I was leaving with something. Grayson said donât worry pull up to the window. Waited about 10 minutes for only for an employee named Alyssa to show up with just a sandwich, she at least tried to go back for the milkshake but I was just irritated and was willing to call it a loss and just leave. The driver in the car ahead took the bag and was looking through it and I guess realized it wasn't their order. So the employee then came to me and gave me it so I asked if that person just looked through the bag so the employee told me no. I then said well that's not true I just sat here and watched the person look through the bag. So she then asked if I would like a new order I said yes. So she took the bag, but instead of getting a new order they just switched the bag(I watched them).So now I can't believe they're insulting my intelligence. I said did you just change the bag and not the order so she said yes sorry it's my manager so I asked to speak to the manager so she came out and I told her the problem and she said she'll make a new order to just pull around in the parking lot. Once I did that she bought out the order but I knew they still didn't change it because the fries were cold. At this point I said whatever and just left. Came home took a bite out of my sandwich and boom there is a brown/gold hair strand! I was like okay maybe I'm tripping so I continued eating 3 bites later and boom another hair strand!
