They were on point and had our trlr ready for us when we got there.
HOWEVER
We were given specific instructions at the front guard shack to pick up our trailer from the rear of the facility and that if we could not get out of this area for any reason to take the rear exit out and swing back around through the front entrance to the guard shack to get bills signed and trlr sealed. When we attempted to exit through the rear gate due to oncoming trucks, we were yelled at by a woman working the rear guard shack that we needed to leave out the way we came, when we told her we couldn't because there were other trucks coming through and it was too narrow for two trucks to both fit she continued to yell and refused to hear what we had to say being extremely rude in the process. We were forced to drive back through a narrow exit running into multiple oncoming drivers who were forced to back all the way up through a busy pedestrian area full of Tyson Workers using the cross walk and back to the front of the facility. This is dangerous and exactly what we warned this woman about before we did this. As truckers we have too many blind spots to be backing up across a narrow area and through a pedestrian crossing simply because one worker takes her job too seriously. The way we were treated was extremely rude, she forced us and other drivers to do an unnecessary, dangerous maneuver that put multiple pedestrian workers at risk simply because she refused to let us through a gate we were specifically instructed to use. This is completely ridiculous, someone needs to address this before somebody gets seriously...

Read morePretty despot in firing me without warning for allegedly having a cellphone in a production area. Arbitrary to the rules against taking pictures inside the plant, none of which exist. I was treated differently than everyone else in my department who actually use their cellphone in production areas. I was told point blank that no due process protection is provided by Tyson's Inc upon my discharge. In orientation the plant manager yelled at me: you're going to be the first person to die here, because I told him he was sitting on our (new hires) food contact surface. He sat on the counter next to food prepared for us asking what's...
