Omg run don't walk to this place. Best Ramen ever! The Chef came and talked to the table and wow, he has a passion for this. He explained the nuances of different bones giving different flavors and depths to his stocks. This guy is the real deal. I've eaten Ramen all over the country and im.sorry Meiji, you have the best sushi in NWA but this place has Ramen down to a science. I had the #2 and my buddy had the #9. A group of friends and I came here to check out this new ramen place in our hometown! The atmosphere was extremely welcoming with an incredibly attentive staff despite being busy. The food was great and half of the group enjoyed it a lot more than other ramen places around NWA. Personally for me, the food was good yet I wasn’t quite wowed. For example, I wished my Chashu Pork was thicker like other places. Regardless, it was a great experience overall and I would definitely consider returning in the future.
