Shiloh Museum of Ozark History — Attraction in Springdale

This is a modern, well-lighted, comfortable, fun regional museum with a large Arkansas themed gift and book shop. Oh yes, and very informative with a friendly and helpful staff! There are artifacts and wall graphics and old photos and interactive exhibits galore, plus an old barn and several historical buildings outside. Absolutely enjoyable take your family kids all ages will find something fascinating learning about local history. Open exploring, physically touching, and encouraging interaction this is what my screen addicted parasites need to be more aware of the world we occupy. Clean. Staff were very friendly and informative.

The day I attended, they were having a wildlife presentation on Turtles.

After the presentation, we proceeded to tour the other displays that are posted about the facility.

After the tour, it was rather refreshing to learn something new about the State of Arkansas, that not many others know.
