Betsy's Hallmark Shop — Attraction in Springfield

We are a dedicated Hallmark family. My husband was an employee for 40+years. I’m sure most of you know Hallmark corporate employees get Hallmark merchandise discount at company headquarters or a couple of corporate owned stores. We visited this store Tuesday, 10/29/24 to purchase an ornament, my husband jokingly said to the clerk, “this is the first H ornament I’ve ever paid full price for. NO we were NOT asking for a discount, simply making a statement in an off handed manner. This woman’s personality was not friendly from the beginning and at that point rude would be a compliment. The greeting card business is not what it use to be but it’s a shame that someone with that personality/attitude...

I absolutely love this shop and I have for years. They are so welcoming and have made a comfortable and cozy environment. It's great for cards of course but there is so much more! Wonderful gifts that are so thoughtful and unique. Plus much more....
