Poor service on my last two visits. The first incident I purchased two quilts for $170 and they did not work so I'm returned the next day for a refund. I could not find the receipt, I do not believe it was put in the bag. Even though I could show the manager the sale on my credit card statement from the day before, I was told there is nothing they can do. I work in retail so it know this is not true, it is possible to do no receipt returns. She pretty much told me it was my own fault that if I would have done an email receipt I wouldn't have this problem. I returned a few days ago to use my in store credit, wasting it on a bunch of small items. The next day as I was putting things away I noticed that one of my items was not in the bag, but it was on the receipt. Clearly their associates do neglect to put things in the bag. Additionally two of the food items were ruined. Chocolates that had melted and cookies that were stale. I should probably return them but standing in their long checkout line...

Going into Home Goods tonight it was my first time ever inside, and I must say, I was impressed. My first impression, however, was that it was a bit too pricey for my liking, but with the fact that it was a new store I hadn't been in, I just assumed it would be "one of those" types of overpriced stores. And, maybe they are over priced with some things, and average with others. We didn't plan on buying anything - especially as we only assumed we would be looking and then leaving empty handed.

We found a few items that were definitely priced well, compared to other competing stores. So, we ended up purchasing a few things.

We were impressed by the style of furniture they carried, and the way they presented all of it.

It was a fun store to walk through, and now I wish I'd had more time to walk through and look more thoroughly down each aisle.
