Red Wing - Saint Ann, MO — Attraction in St. Ann

First and foremost, I absolutely love this location & their employees! I am a flip flop, sandal & heel kind of young lady, so I struggled with selecting a pair of work boots before finding this location. A Red Wings employee name Josh at this location was beyond patient, knowledgeable, hard working and funny. Josh demonstrated true knowledge and answered all of my questions without any hesitation. I am super indecisive and tend to ask 1,000 of questions before I purchase anything, which I know can annoy some salespeople. Josh didn’t mind it AT ALL! Instead he made my shopping experience at this location one of the best, because it was filled with laughter and lots of insight! Josh spoke so highly about the location that he works at, about his boss, as well as how much he loves doing what he does there. He did an AMAZING job selling me my first pair of boots. Because of him, I definitely will be returning back to this location and will encourage others to check it out as well! I went to two other Red Wing locations/other boot stores before and have NEVER experienced this quality of customer service, patience and knowledge. His goal wasn’t to sell me the most expensive pair of boots. His goal was to sell me the best pair of boots that fit/feel right to ME! Whatever feels the most comfortable, go with were his words! Thank you so much Red Wings for helping me select a pair that is working out for me! My feet feel amazing in my new boots!!!! Also, I absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVEEE the Red Wing Lifetime Tune-up that customers receive here. This location is the BEST!!! Thank you guys...

We have been looking for a particular Red Wing Boots for about 6 months with no luck. We finally decided to drive 3 hours away in hopes to find a pair within the 4 stores around the St Louis area. We went to two stores before going to this one and found a pair at the first store but no real help from the salesman. We tried the second store because we weren't sold on the pair we got and didn't have any luck with the salesman there either. We made it to this store where we were greeted right away by Josh. He was knowledgable and very attentive to our needs. You could tell he genuinely cares about his customers and makes sure they are 100% satisfied before they walk out the door. He could have gave up many times but continued to help answer any questions we had.

We will definitely make the 3 hour trip to this store to see him for any of our future boot needs.

My boyfriend and I went in to get him a pair of work boots as soon as this store opened. We had probably the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. Dave (the owner) was genuinely one of the most kind, considerate, knowledgeable, and helpful people I’ve ever encountered. He had a great attitude, told us exactly what kind of shoe my boyfriend needed for the job, and gave us lots of information on how to maintain and fix them if we ever had issues. I’ve worked in the service industry for almost 10 years now and I can say for a fact, this kind of customer service is extremely hard to find nowadays. Kudos to Dave and this entire store, because they have it down to a science!! We will 100% be returning when he needs his winter shoes! Dave, you were so kind and helpful, and made our very busy day way less stressful. Excellent Excellent...
