Was in 1 line forever! I was in drive thru for about 27 minutes or so. The other line was for online orders only,during that time only 3 cars used that line. Not a good idea. That need to be taken care of on the inside or share that particular line with online orders. It was lunch time and they literally had 1 person taking orders and 1 line. Took forever to get to him to take the order. Not to mention, I waited an additional 5 minutes at the window. I get it that it's a new location and different owners, but the game plan should somewhat be the same. I will go back to the other 1up the road, until they figure this out. Chick- Fil-a has always been a place for expididiting orders out to their customers. Not this place. I will...
