The Crossings at Northwest — Attraction in St. Ann

Visited the St. Louis County Government Building for the County Assessor (715 Northwest Plaza Dr). Always arrive no later than 7AM for a good spot in line. I didn't arrive until about 7:50-7:55AM and the line was already a half mile long, maybe longer. The building opens at 8AM and it honestly wasn't that long of a wait. By 8:48AM, I had made it inside, through security, and checked in with Customer Service. By 9:27AM, I was back in my vehicle heading to my next destination. By 9AM, the people coming in the building were told it was a minimum 2 hour wait. Usually by 11AM, this building closes to accommodate those already inside; they're typically closed until the next business day. For a government center, this location actually runs pretty smoothly and the staff was nice. The only reason I gave 4-stars is because they don't have enough seating and there's not really any standing room. The customers kept blocking the door to the Customer Service booth, which kept causing the staff to stop checking people in because they had to keep asking...

Went 2 pay taxes if this the rite place a lil diffent than what I'm due 2 ask 2 c lience an telephone no be 4 entry an b 4 that yo belongings roll on belt 2 check belongings n purse etc. U go n an sit a number comes up u r called on intercom I look at my fone I was test twice say I have a 50 minute wait than 20 min wait then said go 2 window 3 lady ask questions I answered she told me this ridiculous amt I owed on car I didnt come 4 had 2 pay 1st 2 take care other vehicle go 2 other window only take checks r cash no charge cards I was lucky 2 have a check then send u up the road 2 get n line 4 to sticker place crowded moved fast told they do credit but charged extra I just all this over got 2 window it went...

I was extremely lucky to have found the last scooter, because this store is SO BIG! I was there to buy Freon for my car. What a lucky break for me, it was on sale! The deal was so good that I bought 5 cans of the freon. The next time I go back to the store, I'm going to be sure to have plenty of time to look around at all the different things the store carries. The store is HUGE, & as long as I have plenty of time and am able to get a scooter, I plan to go through the entire store and see what kind of other bargains I can find.
