Waffle House — Restaurant in St. Ann

I visited the St. Ann location on Monday, 7/7/2025. I was greeted when I entered and I was able to sit at a table right away, as there were several tables available. I was there between 10:45 & 11:30 am. I waited about five minutes before wait staff came to me. I believe her name is Izzy. She was friendly and polite. She may have been a new employee as she asked her coworkers questions that I asked her. No problem. She took my order. I explained how I liked my eggs and, by her response, I could tell that she understood. When my order came, the eggs were wrong. I had to send them back. I waited and waited for the correctly cooked eggs to be served. My frustration was that every time I tried to get the attention of my server or any server, that they were all looking at their phones. I needed butter, syrup, coffee refill , but I could not get anyone’s attention unless I got up and approached them. I waited for a good 15-20 minutes for my eggs while my other food was getting cold because I was eating slowly in the hopes of having my eggs to eat with the meal. I ultimately let my server know that I was leaving because I did not get what I asked for. This experience will not keep me from going back, but it was very disheartening to see this group of employees all chit-chatting amongst themselves and using their phones like that was more important than...

The crew were very unprofessional and very pushy to take your order using curse words in front of patrons like for instance im to old for this sh!* and such, the training of a whole crew at one time was also very annoying. The food was under cooked the hashbrowns were very undercooked and the sunny side up eggs were gelatinous because they didnt cook them long enough and the waffle wasnt left on long enough dont order the all star not worth it bacon was crispy over cooked. The older lady was nice but very pushy, "can i take your order" one minute please "okay" 2 seconds later "you ready yet" ugh what the hec. Just all out very un professional not the to mention their coffee wasnt made right very light mostly water with barely any actual coffee I normally love the coffee this visit makes me never want to go back, and i wish me and my father would have gone to Dennys or something ugh what a...

Went in at 10:50 on 2/20/2022 there was 2 tables with people at them and all the other tables were still dirty. The one couple got up and were paying and leaving as the guy behind the counter pointed out to us that there were no clean tables and that it would be 30 minutes before we could be seated. I asked him why it would take 30 minutes to clean a table and he said that the people at the last table were waiting for their food and he had to cook it. HE WAS NOT THE ONLY PERSON WORKING. I am very disappointed in such service and laziness in taking care of customers. BTW the people at the last table waiting to be served were sleeping with their heads on the table....how unsanitary!!!! We will not be going back we were treated horribly and as we were leaving the man behind the counter was still yelling something about everyone comes in at once.......he had one table left with...
