I cannot say enough great things about Always in Bloom! I knew I needed a florist and from the first interaction with Colleen I knew I needed to ask her to be my florist! When I met with Colleen I sort of had a vision of what I wanted my flowers to look like, but Colleen really brought those ideas to life! I was probably a paranoid bride at first because I wanted to confirm all the details way in advance, but she assured me that we would meet a few weeks before the event to really talk details. I asked for Always in Bloom to provide the centerpieces, tablecloths (for 3 tables) a large floral arrangement, boutonnieres, corsages, kissing balls and bouquets. She also provided flowers for the wedding cake. This seemed like a lot to me, but Colleen took the notes down with a smile and told me it was possible to do and wasn't even worried about it. I could tell she already had a plan in mind and she started to talk to me about her ideas for the way some of the items would look. I was so glad to have a professional florist because all I knew was the colors I was looking for. She was able to provide the types of flowers and arrangements. I seriously wasn't even worried about anything once I left our meeting. She assured me it was going to turn out great. The day of my wedding the flowers arrived and I was blown away with how beautiful everything was. The bouquets for my bridesmaids were beautiful and my bouquet was just what I had pictured. Everything was better than I ever imagined it would be. The flowers were all complimentary to one another and when I made my way to the reception space the centerpieces were just perfect. It all came together so well. Working with Colleen was so easy to do and she made sure my wedding day was magical. I would definitely recommend working with Colleen for your flowers and/or...
Read moreFor Valentines Day I chose Always in Bloom to deliver flowers to my fiancĂ©e because of their proximity to her workplace. I ordered my flowers several days in advance and was extremely disappointed when at the end of the day on Valentines Day they hadnât been delivered. I called them and they told me that they hadnât been delivered; so I had to tell my fiancĂ©e about it, and she was disappointed as well; I was however able to show her a picture off their website of what they would have looked like had she gotten them.
I checked my email later that night and their owner had emailed me apologizing for the failure and said that she had not only refunded my money, but to call them on Monday and she would deliver the flowers at no charge. I was super impressed with this willingness to make this right however my fiancée was out of the area until Friday. My refund was posted to my account as they said it would be the next day, and on Friday when she returned, I decided to order more flowers from Always in Bloom for her. They took my payment information and a few minutes after we got off the phone, they called me back and informed me that these new flowers would be no charge as well since they were unable to deliver the last batch.
I have to say that Always in Bloom will have my business forever, and that they not only made it right they went way out of their way to make sure that I was happy with their service and their flowers were stunning. Most companies would have given a half-baked apology and returned my money and been done with me; but not them. I highly recommend this company as service like this typically no longer exists these days, and they deserve to be rewarded for their efforts. Thank you for...
Read moreThe arrangement was gorgeous - vibrant colors, full, and good combination of blooming and soon-to-bloom buds and foliage. Our only complaint was that the handwriting on the envelope and card was ugly. I was actually even hoping my mom (recipient) wouldn't notice, but even she mentioned something about it. It looked like the person that was writing was in a hurry instead of taking their time to really make it special.
At the end of our message, we added two heart emojis. The confirmation email supported the emojis but for some reason, whoever wrote the note, added two boxed with an "x" instead of the hearts. Just looks silly. Wish they would've omitted that. Lastly, would've been a good idea to give my mom a box for her to place the arrangement in. She wasn't sure how she was going to take it home in the car afraid that it was going to topple over. She ended up just holding onto it with one hand and driving with the other. Other than that, she absolutely loved...
