On numerous occasions, I have been dissatisfied with my experience in this store.
One in particular that stands out; I went to the store to get stuff to dye my hair. Usually I’m in and out because I know what I want and where it is. This time, they didn’t have the lightener that I usually use so I had to look for an alternative, next thing I know I’m being watched and followed around the store while I collect my items. I didn’t think much of it until the third time I caught the girl watching me while she pretended to stock the shelves.
Now, I go to this store at least twice a month. I have never given my phone number to purchase things. I always collect my receipt. The receipt DOES NOT SAY “must have phone number to return items”. The receipt DOES SAY you can return items within 60 days for refund or exchange. If past 60 days, you will receive the lowest price and store credit. NOT ONCE have I ever been to old that I must give my phone number in order to receive a refund if necessary. Today I had to return something, and the woman tells me this secret policy about phone numbers.
