Subway — Restaurant in St. Marys

Usually enjoy this subway, but some workers are just not as good. One of our free cookie coupons did not work at this location, yet upon going home we saw they charged our receipt for a cookie. And we obviously didn’t receive one so I felt the service was poor. They were seemingly counting the toppings and being a little short handed. we have had Andrew as our sub crafter many times and he does great work, but these girls were not as good. I didn’t feel like going back in to get a cookie I didn’t even get but...

Sign clearly says they close at 10pm on week days. I go in at 9:45 because they were the closest location before closing time. The chain is up and there was one lady cleaning. I asked if they were closed and informed her the sign says they close at 10. She responded with, my boss told me to close early I'm sorry. I have never seen that in any type of business in my life, and I have worked years in the food industry and in health care, and you don't turn away business. Especially when you are STILL open!!!!!...

It is extremely unprofessional to discuss other employees job performance in front of paying customers. To the girl with the red hair in a bun, you should be ashamed of yourself, as well as the manager. Proper procedures should be implemented and this should be done in private. I will no longer visit...
