HUB-Robeson Center — Attraction in State College

Perfect name for this place....the HUB. It is the center of everything at Penn State. My daughter is attending as an incoming freshman this fall and we went to a guided tour on campus. We sat at the HUB and went through the presentation and then from there went and wandered around the building. This place is so much like a mall it boggled my mind a bit. It has a whole food court from Acai Bowls to Burger King. Its really impressive. It seems like students go to the hub to eats and do work and talk, so very mall like. Hub Robeson has burger king, panda express, sabaro pizza, Starbucks, pnc bank and ATM machines that you can deposit money, Penn State Federal Credit Union and ATM machines, they sell clothes there, the Penn state radio station is there 97.1, most of the food places close early though like 5 pm except Panda Express and Sabaro pizza stay open to 10 or 11 pm before the pandemic hit but the Hub building is...

Great place to hang out right in the middle of campus. It has some very cool events that happen here, including free movies and concerts. There are plants, many places to eat, study, and hideaway, a library and art exhibits, ballrooms, and fish tanks. Definitely a great spot.
