Schwab Auditorium — Attraction in State College

Historic place which is supposedly haunted. I think It was built in 1914. It has nice pictures inside great seating and if you look up at the ceiling there is a speaker that covers the whole ceiling which use to connect to a pipe organ that disappeared long ago. A lot of people don't realize George W. Atherton the 7th President of the Pennsylvania State University is buried on the side of the Schwab Auditorium and Frances Atherton, the wife of George Atherton, uses the windows in the top floor of Old Botany(also supposedly haunted) which is across the street to keep an eye on her...

What a beautiful and historic building to see a performance. Whether it's a play, a musical quartet, a recital, or a ballet, this place is fantastic. Seats are comfy and seem to all have a great view. Note: parking is far away, so wear comfy shoes or have someone drop you off...
