I cannot find the words to express the beauty and serene atmosphere of this historical Library. My first time driving to Statham and I could not help the goosebumps I felt on my skin driving through the town. The climax of my trip was the reception I had. I went there to submit my passport forms. The whole process was swift and professional. I was served by Anita. I met her and an older lady and they both seemed so happy with their jobs. I had checked at four different places. Each of these places needed appointments, plus, there was no availability throughout February and March. It was a blessing when I found STATHAM PUBLIC LIBRARY, which welcome walk-ins. My visit to Statham Public Library brought back pleasant memories in the beauty of the simple things that make life meaningful! Kudos, STATHAM PUBLIC LIBRARY. I already recommended this place to my kids and will recommend this beautiful place to anyone who wants a serene atmosphere that has a lot of respect for clients. I give this awesome place 5...
Read moreGreat little library! They have books and media like Nintendo switch games to ‘rent’ for free with a membership. There are computers and spaces to work, as well as two separate rooms to meet or do quieter work. There is a book swap section for free (to take/leave without renting) and a table to buy jigsaw puzzles ($3 when I bought one). There are two toilets, one with different sizes of diapers to help change you little one. Staff are friendly and the library is clean, air conditioned and a nice place to come for some quiet work, to bring your child, or to read a book for a few hours. I hope to use this more when I’m in the area now I know it’s here. The WiFi is free to use without a membership and works well. When the library is closed, you can still access to WiFi in the car park area!...

I walked in and apparently interrupted his conversation with another associate ( there were 3 and not one of them greeted me at all) He acted as if I was a bother, just trying to return my books. I would ask a question and then he would give a short response and even rolled his eyes. This is unacceptable. If you're that unhappy in your job or don't enjoy dealing with people, maybe consider a different job? I've always loved this library and bring my children quite often. However, what happened today is not okay and I'm not sure if I'll be returning to...
