Fajita Mex Grill — Restaurant in Statham

Tried to get this resolved after ordering, but no one would call back as stated. Ordered togo food. Was charged Togo tax (2.5%) without knowledge, I was also charged a 4.00 togo charge. I ordered cheese dips which always come with chips. We got none for 3 orders of cheese dips All three of my cheese dips cost me 7.99, Per the menu, they are 4.99 and my Fajita one is 7.99. My Fajita dip was half-filled, had barely any meat, and no shrimp. my other two cheese dips i would say are 3/4 filled. ordered two salsas which are very $$ for any Mexican restaurant. No chips. I paid 6.50 each for two bags of chips. Per the menu, it's 7.25 for Large Chips and Salsa. So please tell me how I paid 6.50 per bag for chips and 7.50 per salsa??? I can not believe this is how you try to earn business. There's no way this is a mistake or someone entered it wrong. We go to this restaurant for nearly 2 years almost weekly as we live in town. This was our first visit to Fajita Mex Grill after hearing good reviews from others. The restaurant was not very busy and we were seated as soon as we walked in. The young waitress took our drink order and asked if we wanted any cheese dip or guacamole. We noticed another couple across from us had their drinks and a few more people came in after us. Our guac was brought out before our chips and salsa arrived and our drinks did not come out until she had taken drink orders for everyone that had come in after us. She took our order and then took the order of the couple that was there before us. My husband's quesadilla arrived fairly quickly but then we noticed people that ordered after us were getting their food and my food was not coming out. Another waitress came by and asked if everything was ok and we had to tell her we needed our drinks refilled and that I had not gotten my food yet. We placed a $47 order today for carry out. When we got the food there was not on item that was right. We called them and told them we are coming back so they can correct it. When we got there, they wanted to charge us another $47. Why would they charge us again for correcting their mistake? Obviously, we did not pay again. They were very rude to us while we were there waiting on the correct order. When they finally brought the second order out, it was wrong too. Don't ever order take out from them, it will not be right and they will treat you like you are the one that did something wrong. I have never had an issue with getting the order right when eating there but the service is really slow, especially when there is not a lot of customers. They just stand around and talk instead of taking care of their paying customers. I would give them zero stars if I could. The food is good but not worth the hassle you have to go...
