We visited for the first time on a Saturday evening. There were a number of open lanes and we didn't have to wait. We rented shoes for our group of 4 and paid for 3 games which came to $50 ($12.50 each). Shoes were in pretty good shape with Velcro tabs, except for my husband's size 13, which had a loose/blown seam on one shoe. The bowling was great. There were a number of balls to use though it was tough finding ones that had large enough finger holes without being too heavy. We enjoyed playing around with the different animation themes. Staff was friendly and helpful, seeing up rails for those that needed it and running to the back to reset something. Saw lots of families enjoying bowling together. Everything was clean. The music got a little loud, making it hard for us to chat sometimes. Next time I will note where the speakers are and request to be a little farther from them if possible. I would say that my only problem was with the bathrooms, which while the women's were clean, could really use some TLC. Both my husband and son said that the men's was at the point of being nasty. Also, the food was just typical, nothing special. Of the variety we ordered, I'd say that the mini tacos were the best. Most everything else just wasn't very flavorful. I would only order it again if really hungry for a snack but not if I'm looking for a meal. If I come back we will probably eat...
Read moreI was there for a social gathering and the 2 bartenders did not go in any order to serve customers and I sat waiting for what seemed like a very long time before I had to basically grab their attention (yes I had my money out to show I’m here to order lol)! People came in from bowling area and got drinks then left, plus new people came and were served, I’m still waiting. It’s common place to expect bartenders to go in some sort of order, right?!! I did not visit the bathrooms however people with me did and said it smells like a sewer and not to go in there but go to the one furthest away but only if you really have to go. Friends seemed to enjoy bowling, shoes seemed to be in good shape, but there was a complaint on how greasy the...
Read moreUnlike anything I've ever experienced. Came at 12:10 when advertised they open at noon. The doors were locked but we saw people working inside. Waited a few minutes before deciding to come back later. Came back at 1pm and walked in, waited at the front desk a few minutes... nobody came to help us. So we walked back to the bar where the bartender was. We were the only customers there. He walked to the other side of the bar and continued to work without acknowledging us. We sat there for about five minutes staring at him as he continued to work. We finally decided to leave... still no words or acknowledgment from any worker. I felt like we were ghosts. I'm honestly questioning my existence. Never...
