Prepare to be here 2 hrs minimum on average. Don’t just follow google through town cause it can get you a ticket. You need to take 66 west to the facility if you are picking up and enter shipper off of “Water Street/Arlington street just after the bridge to your right. There isn’t a big sign saying “Trucks Enter”. Just make sure you don’t continue down “WaterSt” beyond the Arlington St intersection where you see the “No Truck Sign” on your right that leads to the building. Shipping is on the north side and receiving is on the south side. Do not take 66 if you are delivery. You will need to take another route through the business 51 Roth or south to “Park St”, Go west and turn north on “Wood Street”. We aren’t suppose to go east on 66 east but what else can you do? That sign only applies if you are at the last light intersection before the entrance but when you leave the facility, it’s no sign saying you can’t drive on 66 east....

I haven't yet been unloaded, I just got here and checked in. Average loading and unloading time is 2 hours. Be sure to chock both driver side tires or I guess they won't touch you. Shipping and Receiving are on different sides of the building. Shipping is fairly straightforward. Just get onto Arlington Pl and it'll lead you straight there. Both sides have map printouts to tell you how to get to the other side. Pay close attention to the street signs, some of them sneak up on you. When you're going to Receiving, follow Wood St all the way down, then turn left. The docks are between two sets of tracks and the receiving door says South...

I came here with a tanker load and was in and out in an hour. Called the main facility, they directed me to the receivers at Stevens point. I did call them back to let them know I needed something to cut the seal off and they didn't tell the dock worker so he was confused as to why I hadn't open my doors. Other than this miscommunication it all went just fine. Overnight parking on the south end of their building in a somewhat dirt lot but I was left alone peacefully the entire time. Wouldn't mind coming here again, just need to bring my own cutting tool...
