Stockton Downtown Marina — Attraction in Stockton

Stockton's got it going. Good clean events showing wonderful, educational events to show case the multi-cultural diversity of our area. I enjoyed the different entertainment and music this last Labor day at the Black Family Day celebration . Great food, booths, ice drinks, cultural info, and many non profits. Loved the Delta Service booth (Stockton Teachers Assoc.) Giving away waters and things for the kids. Good outreaching. Lots of teachers volunteering their Mon. Kids area was also the bomb. Slides, jumpers,and obstacle courses. Kids had a blast. Of course, it was hot , but the beautiful waterways of Stockton and the large marina made you feel cooler. Great scenery . Lots of green grass. I like living in downtown your close to everything movies food hospital freeway police and fire department bus station DMV several churches fishing is ok the downside is the internet that you pay for sucks. The WIFI antenna is right outside my boat but yet it's a constant battle to stay connected to it. Having to switch to a smaller tablet because the larger tablets will not stay connected. My Amazon firestick has never been able to connect to it. So watching cable TV on my 40" flat-screen has been out of the question since I started paying for WIFI. I am the owner of the fishing vessel Pioneer. I can't say enough good things about my experience keeping my commercial fishing boat it stocktons down town marina . The marina is beautiful and very well kept. The people who work here are really nice and very helpful. I have been in more harbors from Alaska to California. This is very rare to have such a great place to keep your boat and know that it is safe in there hands . Nothing gets stolen, they are great at communicating, they are super helpful.
