Read moreI've been to many arenas in my lifetime for numerous events and I have to say this is one of the worst. Been here several times and each time the staff is utterly horrendous. Attened the AEW show on 10/4/23 and paid an extra $90 for fast passes to enter early. The problem here was they opened to doors to EVERYONE at the same time. What was the point of having fast passes if you were just going to let everyone in at the same time? So I spent an extra $90 for nothing and I am unable to get a refund for it. Next we go inside and I order hot dogs from a cart only to find out they had run out of food there and were waiting on someone to deliver more. Then why are you still taking orders? And this was immediately after the doors opened! So I had to wait literally 45 mins for my food before it even started cooking. Next I was in the 2nd row, and during the show I was standing (at a point where nearly the entire crowd was also standing, also I was seated at the end of the row) and I was told by one of the security people that I needed to get back to my seat or they would have to remove me from the venue. For standing??? Again, so was nearly half the arena! To make matters worse, people were running down to be on TV that weren't sitting in our section, and also they would sit in other peoples seats when they got up, and NOT ONCE were they told anything. All of this made for a very upsetting and disappointing night. Again losing $90 that I will not get back was a very bad point. We have attended events here before and it's always something with the staff. Needless to say this will be our last event here and we will stick with other arenas that are competent and organized to run...
Read moreI was thoroughly disappointed with the staff and management at this location. Not to mention the way I was treated when I clearly had a mobility issue. I purchased suite tickets and had to go 4 floors down to purchase food at a reasonable price. The staff Barbara and another older security lady were very helpful but I could not believe the way we were treated. I was charged almost $60 for popcorn but when I made it downstairs to the snack bar. the popcorn was $7. I asked about the smoking section and was told if I left out the building I would not be able to come back inside. The venue is nice, clean (a lil outdated) but overall nice but the customer service sucked big time. It gave off "Irritated with the culture And music" My garbage can was full and I placed it outside the suite in order to have it emptied and 3 employees took it but never returned it. I asked several times but the heavy set Hispanic young lady Manager and the 2 African American young men just told me someone will be back. No one ever brought it back. Because there were several uninvited people coming into the suite I locked the door and the staff seemed Irritated. I can truthfully say, I will not visit this establishment simply because of the way my guests and I were racially profiled and treated. It's a no for me. Also, I was expected to carry my personal necessities in my hand because I could not bring a purse. So sad that this is what attending a concert is subjected too. They definitely are not for...
