We stayed here one night to attend a wedding. The proximity to the wedding was great. The accomodations, not so much. We paid $230+ dollars for the room. I expected it to at least match a budget motel. NOPE.||We were given a basement room. Here's what they DIDN'T have:||1) air conditioning. There was a floor fan in the room. (Upper level rooms looked to have a WINDOW air conditioner in some-- what a joke).|2) refrigeration. I do not think I can recall any hotel/motel that I have stayed at that didn't have refrigeration in the room. There is PLENTY of space to put a small refrigerator.|3) clean carpet. It felt gross when I took off my shoes and foolishly walked around for a short bit. I thought maybe it was a bit damp from being in the basement. NOPE, just filthy. My feet were so dirty. After cleaning up and putting on socks, they too were filthy.|4) comfy mattress. Lumpy as all heck.||The only good things I can say is again, the proximity to where we needed to be. Additionally, the desk clerk and the cleaning people I spoke to when we checked out were very nice. The continental breakfast was adequate, but, in no way, makes up for the high price, loud noises throughout the night, lumpy mattress, filthy carpet, lack of air conditioning and refrigeration..etc.||I highly advise to NOT book here-- not if you are paying $200 or more. It is a $100 a night room (with all...
Read moreYou would only stay here - like we did, as a last resort. |Here’s why :|1. Security. There is none. Every night - in section 200 (the outside door doesn’t lock) bum skiers sleep on the couches and floor between your rooms and lobby. I’m not kidding even a little bit. |2. Pets. People in rooms near us had a Bernaise Mountain Dog, another a giant Lab, another a Sheppard. What do the dogs do when they’re skiing you may ask - stay in the room is the answer. Your room will SMELL like dog. Ours did. |3. Linens. Worst foam pillows ever. Worst linens ever. |4. Bathrooms. They’re in actual disrepair. Shower falling apart. Makes so much noise. Sink stopped up. Horrible. |5. Rugs. Rugs in the halls are DISGUSTING. Rugs in room not much better. |6. Noise - the wood and flooring from rooms above make it so you hear everything and can almost hear them talking. |7. Conditioning. Good luck keeping rooms at a stable temp. |8. Restaurant. The restaurant and food are ‘passable’. But pricey for crap food. |9. Wi-Fi - the Guest was non existent. They allowed us to log into a more secure internet- also crap. |10. Spa fits 8. Same 8 people everyday. Sit in there drinking wine - you can’t get in. Sauna very very old and about 90 degrees - at Max, not hot enough. ||Try HARD to...
