We experienced the same issue with gratuity being added without consent, which I agree isn’t fair. However, the worst issue for me was a food handling and hygiene problem. The woman who assembled our meals did not change her gloves between tapping the iPad, printing receipts, and grabbing toppings to place on our bowls. The burritos here are better than they need to be.
