Visited over the weekend with a $50 gift card provided by Stratton Mountain Employees for an event over the winter to be used at Upper Standard. I provided the cashier with the token and she rang me up for $50 worth of goods. At the end, she provided to tell me "I don't know what to do this with, just come back sometime" and ran my card for $50 when I never authorized it. I missed the opening of Upper Standard by a few days back in September but I was able to get my caffeine fix after a workout at the Sports Center today!

The new setup is great and the coffee aromas beckon you inside from the frigid cold of the village. The woman behind the counter was friendly and made a hell of an iced coffee!

If coffee isn’t your thing, there’s also beer for sale which is sure to take the edge off after a long day falling down Upper Standard (the trail).

My husband and I stopped at Upper Standard after a day of skiing and had such a great experience. The coffee is delicious and it was so nice to enjoy it outside in the village by a fire-but the staff also make this place really special!
