Holiday Bowl — Attraction in Struthers

Sorry if I could give "0" stars I would. When I walk inside after being outside the building for over 6 hours because I bring bowlers here and when I come inside to see where the restroom is your employees response is "turn around you don't see the sign on the wall".. well that's great customer service. I'll never recommend anyone to this please as their employees will treat anyone with such disrespect. Also you know that your gonna be busy with hundreds of people coming from all around and cannot go out and get port a pots like you literally had a line stretched around. Poor management poor employees at such a cool...

I truly can't say enough good things about Holiday Bowl! I took my ball to the pro shop operator to have him check my fit. He quickly diagnosed my fit issue and was very knowledgeable on how to fix it. He took time with me and explained everything along the way. Now my ball feels fantastic in my hand and my game has greatly improved! I won't go anywhere else for sales or service.

As far as the lanes and the rest of the facility goes, it's just as amazing. The place is very clean and the lanes are very well maintained. The staff is friendly and personable as well. I will definitely be bowling...

I took my wife and kids to this establishment to bowl and let our kids have fun. When we came in we were trying to play a few games. When we got to the counter they told us we couldn’t due to the fact they had other people coming in but we were paying customers that wanted to enjoy the experience of that place but I’m kind of glad we didn’t. It was very disrespectful and unacceptable that our children had to deal with the disrespect coming from the employees it honestly makes me sick I WILL NOT BE BACK DUE TO THE OUT COME OF THIS...
