They refused to answer their phone I placed two orders for two steak subs 12-in subs doordash does not have an option for double red onions I called the store on Youngstown-Poland road the subway I called the store at least a dozen times and it rang complete until the phone shut off these people would not answer their phone at all for me to ask them to give me on my sub double red onions there's absolutely no way they could be that busy and not answer their phone I live around the corner and I see the store everyday it's never that busy work to where you can't answer the phone for your customers I hope this goes to the regional manager of this place she needs to look at a lot of these reviews I don't believe the one where the guy said he had slugs and snails and his food because all you got to do is show that to the health department he didn't provide a picture but I do see the pictures of the burnt bread that's all these young kids are hiring they're not doing the job properly and you're not doing your job regional manager and going there and correcting them and telling them the proper procedures I'll tell you what if this happens to me I'm calling the health Department I'll make sure you shut down real quick you better start paying attention to your customers regional director the first complaint to piss me off if they don't answer the phone when I want double red onions that pissed me off so I'm starting to read the reviews I think I will call the health department and have them investigate you guys you're not doing your job correctly by calling the...
Read moreIt's been a couple of years since I visited this Subway. NEVER EVER AGAIN. I used the Subway app to place the order. Mostly to make sure subs were built correctly and ready upon arrival. Arriving at about 11:10 AM,(subs were set to be ready 10:57). Looking on rack no subs,no employees in sight. Waited briefly before I voiced a loud "hello". No apology and I asked for my sandwiches. One and only one bag was sitting on back counter. I had to give her my first and last name before getting my sandwiches. I used Subway coupon for 3 footlongs.. I leave and get home to see 2 footlongs and a 6". NOT exactly my order. Now I admit I didn't call to complain but I took a picture of the three unwrapped subs. Today 5 days later I stopped in for a refund with my picture in hand and receipt too. Asked to get the overcharge refunded. Same poor service clerk started the usual questions as if I failed. I became very agitated and aggressive. She was appropriate in asking me to calm down. Her offer was to make me what I wanted. I stated I wanted my refund for overcharge. Her reply "it's against company policy". REALLY giving a customer back their money is against "Company policy". I was loud and probably rude but in what way is OK to not refund a customer's money. Read moreI will NEVER get a sub here again! I ordered a footlong thru Doordash and recd a sandwich that was DRENCHED in ranch, no care went into making it at all. The WORST part is that it smelled and tasted like lighter fluid!!!! It had my entire office smelling like a cookout gone bad! I called them and the ‘manager’ he said they were smelling it there too because something had burned up in the toaster’ and there was nothing they could do about it. I had 10 mins left on my lunch and threw away the sticky, soggy, INEDIBLE foot long and the manager had ZERO concern, didn’t offer a replacement and practically laughed at me!
